well photocopied Article techinfong: Blogging doesn't deals with writing only,it also deals with how you make things easier for your readers.
1.Favicon : Favicon is very important for a blog but most bloggers count it as child play, ask yourself this question? Google, yahoo, bing,Nairaland. Why are they using favicons? It is very easy for users to identify your website when checking their bookmarked and saved topics,if you don't have favicons they will just drop your blog aside. Well we've listed the benefits of favicon HERE
Contact us,About us,privacy policy : If not for Adsense, many would not have created those 3 pages. Vistors want to contact you about your website but since contact us page isn't available, how do you expect them to do so? If you haven't add those 3 pages add them now before it is too late.
3.Meta description : What many don't know is that not adding a meta description for their blogs is a serious offence, you don't have a contact us page and meta description so how do you want readers to know what your blog is meant for? What you don't know is that many will lift your domain name to google textarea to check for your meta description but since you don't have one what do you expect?
4.Home Button or Logo : At least if logo bill is outrageous,a link to your homepage won't be bad. An adage says "Nowhere can be like Home" . Homepage is just like the capital of a country,no foreigners can travel to another country and will not love to visit the capital if time permits. Can Obama come to Nigeria without visiting Abuja?

good ibiboatais: 10 Ways To Easily Build Your Career
How to easily build your careerThere are things you can do to instantly build your reputation at work . But more commonly, it's the gradual accumulation of praises from your superiors that keeps employees from getting ahead in their careers.
Here are 10 behaviors that will slowly build your credibility and and open more doors of opportunities as you advance in your career:
1. Learn to adapt to your company's culture.
Every workplace operates under its own set of social customs. Not making an effort to assimilate into this culture can make you seem disapproving or judgmental. Adapting to your workplace culture helps to build a positive relationship among coworkers.
2. Be an optimists
If you want to attract people to yourself, you must always express a positive attitude. Your negative attitude can make you become a nuisance to your boss and also drag down your team. You need to avoid whining and complaining, because these would chase people away from you , and certainly won't entice your boss to keep you around for long.
3. Always take responsibility for your actions.
Not taking responsibility for your mistakes and failures will catch up with you. Waiting until the day a project is due to explain why you're behind, for example, tells your boss that you can't manage your time well. You should to take decisions and stand by it. Never you justify any wrong doing. Always accept your fault and be willing to learn from it.
4. Never ignore coworkers.
Forming friendships with your colleagues is just as important as cultivating relationships with higher-ups. Strive to be known and well-liked so coworkers want to share valuable information with you and help you when you need it.
5. Avoid Procrastination.
Try to avoid putting things off until the last minute. This not only put stress on you , but also hinders the progress of every other person relying on your portion of the work. If something goes wrong, you'll likely be held responsible.
6. Avoid being late
Frequent lateness signifies to coworkers that something else is more important to you and that you don't value their time. It paints you as disrespectful and uncaring, making people wary of trusting you.No matter what it takes, always find a way to be punctual.
7. Always make meaningful contributions.
Saying something in a meeting just for the sake of speaking doesn't add anything productive. Instead, prepare ahead of time, and remember quality over quantity when sharing ideas. Make research on the best way to improve the activities of your organization and speak up at the slightest opportunity to do so.
8. Don't ignore emails.
Failing to answer emails in a reasonable time frame not only frustrates those who need responses from you, but it signifies to colleagues that they aren't worth your time, can cause you to miss deadlines, and generally paints you as unprofessional. Although answering each one as soon as it's received is impractical, making a conscious effort to stay on top of your inbox goes a long way.
9. Don't take credit for other peoples work.
This is one of the worst things you can do at work. It's highly unprofessional and unethical. Your boss will eventually catch on, and it won't be pretty when they do. Never take credit for the achievement of others. If you work in a team, learn to attribute the success to the groups effort.
10. Be respectful to all.
Doing good work doesn't matter if no one wants to work with you. Not only does rudeness alienate coworkers, but most managers won't tolerate abrasive and inconsiderate employees. Remember, being polite is a key to winning people over. Show courtesy to all, irrespective of their position or rank.

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Discover 5 Tips For Selling Yourself When Applying For Jobs by Sanuzi(m): 8:08am On Sep 07, 2016 |
ok now PatrickOkunima: “Unique Selling Point” is a marketing idea developed to help people in business improve their sales. As a job seeker, you also have something to sell: YOURSELF! Mind you, for years we have heard “You have to sell yourself to employers if you want a job.” We’ve heard that phrase over and over-but what does it mean? How do you sell yourself to employers? You might think you have to throw yourself at the employer or get out of your chair and do a tap dance routine, if that’s what you think, you’re getting it wrong. The fact still remains the same in these difficult economic times, prudence prevails. Companies still want to hire and people still want to buy things but everyone wants to make sure they are getting value for money. In such circumstances the ability to sell yourself effectively has become more important than ever. Now it’s important for you to discover these tips for selling yourself when applying for jobs.
KNOW YOUR WORTH
When applying for a job or trying to win a new client, the key is to know your worth before you do any talking. For example, imagine you are in a shop trying to buy a new television and the sales person is unable to explain any of the features, why you should choose that particular brand over all the others and just seems to just be hoping you buy the item in order to earn him his commission. You probably wouldn’t buy from him would you? Likewise if you are selling yourself, a product or a service the same principal applies. You need to be able to clearly explain to the potential employer why you should be hired over all the other candidates or why your company will do a better job than all the others. If you cannot do that then it is very likely that you will fail.
DON’T SELL FEATURES; SELL BENEFITS
This is the golden rule in sales, and it’s the same concept when it comes to job application. Yes, you can tell the employer about your impressive GPA, Ivy League education and vast experience in the field. But expand on that. Expand on how your education and experience will benefit the employer if they hire you. What can you do that would make the company better? What can you do to make the company more money?
BE THE SOLUTION
Companies have job openings because they have a hole in their business. Your job (if you’re hired) is to fill that hole. For example, if the job opening is for a network administrator, tell why you are the perfect solution to their network woes. Or if during the interview they tell you they’ve been experiencing DDOS attacks on their servers, you can cite past experience working with hacked servers or even tell them you’ve been on the other end of DDOS attacks. Remember, sell benefits. Use specific examples from your past to illustrate how you will solve inherent problems in their database infrastructure and network insecurity. A job listing will usually indicate what the job responsibilities are and what you will be tasked with. Use this as an opportunity to brainstorm solutions to some of the problems they list on the job announcement.
SAY YOU’RE GOOD WITHOUT ACTUALLY SAYING YOU’RE GOOD
If you really aren’t comfortable saying you’re good at managing your time, you could talk about times when you managed your time well, using the CAR technique (describe the circumstances, your action and the results). For example; there have been times when I have had to manage my time carefully to get things done. In my second year, I volunteered two mornings a week at a primary school through Community Action, but I also had to hand in two essays a week and I worked at a supermarket for eight hours a week. I handled in all of my work on time, met all my volunteering obligations and still worked my eight hours, although I did swap shifts with colleagues on a couple of occasions. In this example, the candidate isn’t explicitly saying he’s good at time management, but it’s clear from the explanation that he is really good.
ENSURE CORRECT SPELLING AND GRAMMAR
Lastly, trying to fit as much information about who you’re into a punchy sentence or two can mean a lot of word juggling which may lead to grammatical errors. Make sure that your 25-word summary reads well and is easy to comprehend. Consider your tenses and make sure they’re consistent. Once you have done your own spelling and grammar check, you may even want to run some options by a few friends to find out which one reads more clearly.

Christianity Etc › Re: What Will Happen To Those Who Have No Knowledge Of The Gospel ? by Sanuzi(m): 8:02am On Aug 28, 2016 |
Hmmmmmmmmm malvisguy212: Will all those people who have never heard of Jesus Christ be sent to hell? First we must note that the Bible says God will judge all people righteously. It seems Their would be STRICT judgment to those who REJECT the Gospel than those who have never heard of it.
Paul tell us That those who have not heard of the gospel will be judge by the law which God had place in their heart;
Romans 2:14–16 14 For when Gentiles who do not have the Law do INSTINCTIVELY THE THINGS OF THE LAW, these, not having the Law, are a law to themselves, 15 in that THEY SHOW the work of the Law WRITTEN IN THEIR HEART, their conscience bearing witness and their thoughts alternately accusing or else defending them, 16 on the day when, according to my gospel, God will judge the secrets of men through Christ Jesus.
In fact jame imply that we will be judge base on what God has reveal to us: James 3:1 Let not many of you become teachers, my brethren, knowing that as such we shall incur a stricter judgment.
In other words, those who know the gospel, study it, and teach it will be under stricter judgment, since they have the ability of guide others, or lead them astray. In Luke 12:41-48 jesus talk about the difference in judgment between those who knows the Gospel and those who did not know;
Luke 12:47-48 "And that slave WHO KNOWS HIS MASTER'S WILL and did not get ready or act in accord with his will, shall receive many lashes, but the one who did NOT KNOW IT, and committed deeds worthy of a flogging, will receive but few. And from everyone who has been given much shall much be required; and to whom they entrusted much, of him they will ask all the more.
Their are two type of people here standing for judgment here, those who know God's will but reject it and those who does not know it or here about it at all.
In conclusion; I know many christians believe that anyone who did not hear the gospel is condemn to hell, but scripture say otherwise. Please note, I am not trying to say all way lead to God, NO, but those who have heard the gospel and reject it are the one who will spend eternity outside of God PERFECT kingdom. The atheists are without excuse for rejecting the will of God, and those who do evil without the knowledge of the gospel are condemn already since they have violated the God given conscience. |
