Tap "Dispute"

Select a recent order that has shipped to you or an old order that has already been delivered to you

Select "No, I have not received my order"

(For the recent order) Select "What Should I do if I want to cancel the order"

At one of the last 2 steps, there will be an additional option above the typing field "Chat an agent now"

Click that and enjoy!

This have been treated on the AliExpress thread. If you are using GtB, look for another bank, it no longer works with AE

It depends on how badly you need the item and how much time you're willing to wait. I wouldn't say you shouldn't order but you should know there is a chance that the item wouldn't arrive cos of the lockdown everywhere.

Although I ordered items before the lockdown tho and all of don land for Nigeria but since Post Office no dey work, the items never reach my local post.

In summary, it all depends on you if you wanna risk it.

Try using Google map, just use it to get direction and in the destination bar just type "post office" it will give you option with the closest ones in km
