Yea. For unregistered names, it is compulsory to put something in the description box.

My style is just to put down the industries the name will benefit. And for abstract names, I say it can fit anything. Though there are exceptions,but I feel SH loves names that are broad enough to attract interests across several industries.

Every month I buy 15 - 35 names. I do renew some, while I let some drop.
I only start buying for the month when I have made atleast 2 sales.

I consider all my names to be healthy if not I wouldn't have bought them. When some don't sale after 1 year, I do reevaluate them to see if they are still healthy.

Thanks. 385? That's huge. I just made my sixth. Having 385 number obviously improves chances of sale. But do you outbound all of them that are not Brandables? How do you do it? Ten Outbound, hundred, or as much as possible.

Few Lessons for me last month:

1. I change the time I do my outbound from 2-4 pm to 8-10pm and I saw a little result. Though the formal is still my best period but I will be interchanging from time to time.

2. Follow ups and negotiation skills are very important. I keep learning it from people here each time I visit.

3. Source for leads from all angles.

4. Believe in your domains. I have strong feelings for some domains that they will certainly sale. I only renew domains that had received offer(s) in the past.

5. Don't use one sales letter. Have as many as possible and use the ones that are pulling sales often.

6. Continue to trust in God and work hard. No dulling.

Note: Please nobody should feel like l'm trying to show off. I strongly believe I am contributing my quota by dropping this sales report to guide others in knowing what can sell.

No, SH likes you because they want to make money from your creativity. But the have criteria for approval names which is proprietary to them. It's like "marking scheme" of a teacher or lecturer. You don't know what it is until your name is approved.

Imagine someone submitted unregistered name and it was rejected. With confidence in the name, the same person went ahead to register it by himself and resubmitted to SH and it was approved and listed within 2 days. The question now is, "On what ground was it rejected the first time?"

Just a quick one....please do endeavor to check if your device location is on either PC or Mobile so it won't affect your sales during outbounding. Thanks to @Tonyblessed for tipping me off about my PC location. I wasn't aware it was on and he could visibly view my location during our conversation via Email.
I later noticed it has been on since my last system update. I thought to share to help someone.

As a businessman, you also need a name that presents your company as an authority in your field. The last 3 domains I sold all had something in common.
I Received a low offer, countered, no response, got an email that the offer expired, I sent another counter with something like, “lowest and final offer”.
I Sold 2 domains in last 24 hrs on Dan doing this. They both accepted my offer and paid in less than an hr.
3rd sale like this was for $500 I reported on here already.
So if you think a sale is dead bc they never even replied to your counter offer and let the offer expire, might want to reconsider.✌️
