lol, oga netsol and Nigerian kini kor is not your problem, focus on getting Good names, most of the names I've been buying since September are on netsol and I haven't started outbound on them yet sef............yet receive inbound offers even for Geos. Infact my last sale, a Geo, the guy sent an inbound offer and we negotiated for a month and. I could afford to because the domain was not even up to 60days for transfer. He paid and got his domain. Just get good domains, nice letters, decent end user list and faya down, pray for a bit of luck too. Though what I do personally for now, I don't outbound on netsol names till they're over 60 days. Sha Sha God no go shame us.

Now this is confusing but the fact you have to wait 60 days before Outbounding shows something is wrong with them.

Mehn! Considering what I'm reading from the OGs I wouldn't dare register any name there. It's possible many of the endusers you contacted have tried buying but netsol put them off.

Note: Some still sell with netsol, I also did when i started but personally, I'll rather use them for brandables. Even that to a limited extent. Those niggars have really given us a bad reputation.

Not bad though. But for me, it's hundred though. I've not gotten to the level of working with just 30. I think you need greater skill or a wonderful name to work with that.

That's a good one. But what to you think about selling them the expansion idea while pitching them the name?

Honestly, you have decent names in your portfolio. I am happy that all your mails are not going to the ghost town as some prospects are asking for the price. My advice would be as thus,

1 if you source leads from Google Map only, try yellow, Bing, duckduck, business directories, and sometimes LinkedIn.

2 Never stop doing follow up with discount offers, perhaps on holidays period too.

3 Avoid state rich domain names for now (though some had sold this type of domain names in the past)

4 Lastly, ask God to command Grace to pick up your call, you can call me religious fanatic.

For price in outbound, I've tried both. Without price, some would ask for price but when you reply, they won't respond again.

Always put price and I hope you mail them after they ghost you? You have to keep mailing the ones that responded they say No. This one is hard.

This domain is available on ED but it's still point to dan although it's showing that it has been deleted.
It is still listed at GoDaddy as premium domain.



I think a Domainer has owned it B4 but y is it still pointing to dan when it has been deleted??

Contact Dan. I had same issue with one of my names on Dan with an entirely different price and I did that.
