Thank you beautiful Mamas and Papas for the show of love and concern during those days that seemed like months. I'm really grateful.

Sorry mama, you will begin to feel much better in about 2 weeks and by 14 weeks u should have some relief.
That kind of spitting doesn't go easily though, but it might just release a bit, every other thing will be much better once you hit second trimester.
Sorry no remedy to offer you, even after my 3rd baby, I have no failproof remedy for first trimester woes, only time takes it away. Be strong, you're doing great already.

Hello beautiful mama's. I'm new here. I just got my BFP yesterday after 7years.
Pls guide me on what to do and not. History is high prolactin had been on carbagolin for a while but stopped using it and stopped seeing doctor for the past 5months then boom Baba God just did it without using anything.
I met my Dr yesterday she said I should use 1dose of carbagolin and folic acid. And do scan to know the foetus position next tomorrow. I'm 5weeks gone. Pls help me to take the right path. Thank you

Trust God to keep your baby as He is the one that put him/her there in the first place. Also follow your docs advice I trust she's the one that knows your history too but I know folic acid is a must at this stage. I wish you a healthy, happy and fruitful 9 months journey.

No wonder they never gave me a hospital list. Personal items like pads?

U spoke about midwives, I suspect Ur in uk?
They will give u even pads, baby diapers too (still carry Ur own tho)
What you need to bother about is Ur personal change of clothes, towel and toiletries (toothbrush, soap, sponge etc to bathe afterward)
Even if Ur baby can't suck and needs milk, they will give u aptamil on demand for baby.

The hospital provides all that you will need for delivery and even your personal items at the hosp. Na only when dey wan discharge you, you will give them baby clothes

I went with 2 bags, I came back with one whole bag untouched, even down to the sanitary pads, honestly I was surprised. I only used my personal items and change of clothes for me and baby.

Good morning Cappo, been away for so long a time. Its been a good time here as my baby is very calm compared to the sisters that were always crying for the first 3months. I'm sorry for the late submission of BS. I promise to find time to submit before the end of August.

It's alright dear, thank God baby is calm, my boy is calm too I just pray he doesn't change.

Thanks Cappo for checking on us. My wife is 38-39 weeks gone. She went for check now and her blood pressure is 140/100. She is waiting to see the doctor. I want experienced mum to advice.

No need to panic yet, 140/100 seems high but is not too bad at this stage because the pregnancy has advanced but I'm sure the doc will know what to do

I've been doing a lot of trekking these days Sha. If baby doesn't come today, I'll be going to the hospital tomorrow morning. I just hope they agree induce me.

I know this trekking can be tiring honestly, ask for a membrane sweep first, it can help start the labour process naturally without drugs. I pray baby comes very soon

So after my second daughter, I planned on resting and slaying for at least four years before another Belle.. but GOD has his own plans... Found out I was pregnant again after my daughter clocked one, and the pregnancy journey began....
... Wen I couldn't hold it anymore I just turned back and at two strong push my son was out crying... That's how I gave birth to my son within 10 to 15 minutes of serious labour oh... Lol.... AlhamduliLah.

I had issue of cord wrapped around the neck for my first child but God came through and I delivered safely. I wonder if there is any way they can scan and see the cord wrapped around neck instead of putting babies through unnecessary distress.

Such sweet sweet BS from August mamas ooo,thank God for the maternal instinct and victories. @Sassy256 ur BS remeinded me of mine, doc was still trying to fix anoda hot drip i no gree again ooo I say make dem comot am. I opted for the cs after them remove baby she no cry no kick just dey cold. If I had continued with that yeye labour stuff my baby for be history today. Hmm devil has surely failed indeed,God will grant the rest mamas safe and easy delivery. Mother and baby alive is our watchword and portion in Jesus me amen.

My dear, God is faithful o, thank God for the holy spirit else the devil will just use one doctor to spoil what God is doing.
