Sometimes when you're very close and they tell you don't push, it's almost impossible not to give in to the urge but that will cause tears for you.
There's a secret I use at such times, I push in small small pulses, like you want to give in and hold it, give in and hold it, just like that it made it slightly more bearable for me.

My dear, no idea again o, but their range is usually less than 100k except they have new prices. But it will definitely be far less than private clinics and they have some of the best hands.

I think you can go and register anyday, but chose Tuesday as your clinic day so your antenatal appointments will be on Tuesdays.

You should consider them as your first option.
I birthed my two kids in upth though not CS. My sister's have done a total of 4 CS there (2 of them).
Pls go ahead.
And if you're yet to register, choose Tuesday clinic. Dr Green is one of the best consultants in upth and heads Tuesday clinic (He's also the owner of Greencare fertility and IVF clinic)

I lost him same year I lost my beloved mother,and same day my eldest child added a year +. After his death,I will carry all the baby things,both the one he used and not yet used,sniff them and cry silently,when my other kids aren't around. After 4 months I took in again,and I was happy,at least it will help alot to ease my heart. But what happened? I fell sick,hubby refused me to go to hospital,he said he will call his nurse instead,he bought drugs,my sickness still persisted and he wasn't happy I was down,he came home one night with another set of drugs saying this one is strong and will make me better,my instinct was rejecting it,I told him these ones are too strong for me,I will call my doctor,this man started nagging that so I am calling him senseless and don't know what is good for his own wife? Last last he forced me to take it in his presence,big big drugs o. The next morning I carry phone to check Google and what I saw shocked me. I started panicking. I can't go out to see a doctor,where is the money? He made me a full house wife,wetin I go carry use?

I told him what I found out,he started nagging again and forced me to take it,what Happened next? I started bleeding when he was not at home,before I knew it,the little festus there was out,it has already form sef,tiny hands,legs but no hair or sex yet. I was so traumatized,oya let me go to the hospital to do scan,he said ok. He keeps delaying till blood flow stopped.
After a week blood started flowing again,mind you I was still spitting and vomiting all this while. I started getting weak,see heavy clots of blood,my sister you go fear,I fainted more than twice, that was when I was rushed to the hospital and it was confirm there is a little product left and placenta,my dear I went through another horrible evacuation. That was how I lost my twins baby again. I shared this here, because I know other Mamas will learn one or two things.
I don't know if I should share what also lead to my one month old babys death. Hmmm.

O God so sorry for what you've been through.
It's well. A lot to say but thank God for your life and sanity, some people will enter deep depression after going through this.
What about doing something from home? Even if it's sewing or baking, is there anyway you can? Because having your own little money for yourself is very important.

Just gave birth to a bouncing baby girl via VG
EDD 21st April
DOB 18th April
My BS story is a very interesting one from beginning of conception right till Birth.
The conception came as a surprise because my last pregnancy was CS, since baby was breeched, so we wanted to wait for her to clock 3 before trying again, but God knows best. Was praying for both of them to be birthday mate because my first is April 16.
As the pregnancy progressed baby was in breeched position, but thank God she later turned head down.. Because the doctors were already giving option of CS, since I wanted to try VBAC...Went to the hospital on Sat and doctor checked and said my OS is still closed, funny enough my water broke that very night and labor started, I had already been briefed that I won't be induced because of the previous,that labor would have to be natural since I wanted to try VBAC ..Omo the pain was something else,for almost 24hours i was in labor... But thank God it finally ended in praise... Wishing rest mamas safe delivery....

Congratulations mama, may she always be a source of joy to you and your household.

wat u pipu shld realise is dt tommy goin bk to almost its original size is bcs baby sucks ur breast which mkz d uterus contract mking it shrink n not d hot water massage... I stil cnt pinpoint d connectn....wit my first born, my mom tried to massage me wit hot water but ano gree ooo n my belle went bk to its original size bcs my baby suck on my breast very well b4 2weeks i was alrrady flaunting d flat tommy, wen my mom saw dis she understand dt We africans hv bein punjshin ourselves.... But with my second, he refused suckin straight frm my breast, so i tried d hot water n my tommy is still lookin as if i am 3months preggy... Wen my body heal well, wil just head to d gym 4 help.

Do you use any form of band for your Tommy? I hear the one that looks like bandage helps postpartum, whether you press hot water or not.

As a FTM that you are,pls try to have someone around if possible.

But there are some people that do amaze me (if the English is correct ) is it tradition in some tribes or what sef. As a new mum, some people will expect you to enter kitchen,cook and serve them when they visit. Instead of them to enter kitchen to help you cook or even help wash some clothes as you never get strength well enough. The thing tire me o.

Anyone that can't help me should stay far away. I don't think it's tradition, it just depends on the individuals and the kind of family.

Good morning Mamas, August Cappo, it is with great pain in my heart I write to tell you that this is where my pregnant journey ends. Lost my angel this morning around 20weeks plus after a cerclage was placed at 14 weeks, I am down I feel everything just goes against me anytime I am pregnant. FYI, this will be my fourth miscarriage...I don't know what to do, I feel for my husband because he has been of great help all through

Oh I'm so sorry to hear this teamie my heart goes out to you and your husband. God alone knows how you feel and how best to comfort you. But one thing I'm sure of is that God does not sleep and nothing happens without his knowledge.
Please wipe your eyes and be encouraged because very soon we will celebrate with you here again and it will end in praise.

Rant time....

Now I've been having cough for some days cos of exposure due to the heat and now the cough pains in my right rib region.... Two days back I used honey which made it subside though I stil cough but it doesn't pain in the rib again as such..

Now this evening after my neighbour said hello and went In I coughed and had rib pull (like muscle pull) and I couldn't stand Straight , had to walk in like an slowpoke (I'm sorry but that's the best description I could get) with so much pull and pain in my right ribs . Thank God hubby was there to guide me in though with plenty laughter (donno what's funny) and questions on if it's labour.. To cough dey hungry me right now but when I try to my entire right side is like it's in serious shock ..

Has anyone felt like this before,what can I use? I've been massaged there but this is not heavenly at all , I just want to cough this last one in peace

My dear sister, just be eating your agbalumo in peace, try taking your water cold cos at this stage you REALLY need to be taking your folic acid.
Sorry o, the bitter mouth and other symptoms will become a bit more bearable after first trimester or even end (if you're lucky), me na 21weeks I dey so and I still have sour mouth

Mama I think what's happening to you is more of mental stress right now.
Take your paracetamol and try to rest. There's no other drug that's advisable to take now.
