Not true, it can't harm baby. Just try not to take it in his presence if it worries him so much. I heard that with my first too but I couldn't drink ordinary water. My baby came healthy and fresh, no jaundice or any sickness at all.

Use visita plus. Happened to my first child. After buying all the buyables, it was visita plus of about N500 that cleared it.

Honestly speaking the doctor didn't really tell us what led to the MsC,but I remembered it happened after my wife fell ill but we didn't visit the hospital cause our parents told us it's just the pregnancy making her sick (foolish me) unknown to us the fever she had made her tummy very hot and we were told it was as a result of untreated malaria,but I doubted it tho,went to another doctor,he said this things happens without giving us a concrete reason.

Ok. Hope she has treated malaria properly now before trying again. Please always use a good hospital for follow up. Especially after this misc. All the best sir.

Good evening guys, back again this time with more experience and knowledge,last month my wife and I suffered a miscarriage,it was devastating,we wept for days but we ve moved on now,we got married February last year and started trying around September,I did a semen analysis came out with about 60% motility BLA BLA,the doctor advice I get addyzoa and vit e to boast it which i did and by October my wife took in..
Now we are ready to start trying again since her body has fully recovered,my question now is do I need to take addyzoa all over or just try and see what happens this month??

What was the reason for the miscarriage? Did you guys find out?
Not a bad idea to get the boosting drugs again. But you and wify need to get answers as to the miscarriage so you don't lose another pregnancy due to reasons that can be managed.

Let me share my BA, it might encourage some pple here.

I don't even know where exactly to start. I have been visiting the TTC thread and this thread long before I even commented.
Got married to my God's gift to me really. A perfect gentleman and God's beloved. Took in the next month and birthed our angel without stress. I didn't know trying to conceive can ever be difficult, not to talk of almost impossible!

Miscarried the first pregnancy that happened even when we weren't trying.
Then I started having chronic tummy pains. I did all the tests in this world, MRI,CT scan,all the scans u can think of,yet nothing was seen!
But I kept languishing in undescribable pains! Oh how I wept each pain episode

I started numbing the pains with an addictive drug,because normal pain killers cant do it.
I decided to try again, I stopped d drug,and conceived again. I lost this one in the most brutal way....
Was at work,and had a sharp pain that brought me down. I was carried out.
Started having rectal pulling. Was rushed to the hospital,and was told it was ectopic

I died that day. I wailed! I started bleeding.
I was scheduled for an emergency. Darling hubby rushed down becos we weren't together cos of work. I went in for the surgery,the surgery was done. Again nothing was seen!!! No baby,no issues with me, absolutely nothing! I was wheeled out

That was my second miscarriage. The baby obviously left bfor I was wheeled in because I kept expelling some things at the hospital while waiting

I started trying again like mad. If u have ever had a loss,you will know exactly how hurting it feels and the urgent need u get to try again.
Tried and tried and tried,nothing again after a year of the second miscarriage.
Pple have started making side comments; do u still have only one child? Isn't it time for ur child to have siblings,etc
If I that have one suffered like that....I don't want to imagine what those without are going through!
Hubby decided to come home and stay more with me cos of the undiagnosed pains and all.
Took in again,this time around,we decided to keep it to ourselves.We were in intense prayers. Did scan and everything was ok.started duphaston.
3 months later,went to do scan and received the most hurting news; the heart has stopped! that was the third miscarriage.

The pain I felt can't even be described at this point. We were like ghosts.hubby and I. We missed the turn to our house while going back. It was horrible. I just kept sobbing. You can't hear me cry,but tears kept pouring down. Unstoppable,heart wrenching and excruciating.
I refused to remove my baby. I wished he/she will just start the beating heart again. But nothing. God said not yet.Hadto take drugs to expel it,and bled. After the whole process. We stopped trying.we said let's rest for a while.
I even started a contraceptive immediately. Taken once monthly. Took it twice and decided to wait for my period to start bfor I will know if my cycle has returned.....my period never started. I even went to do scan,the radiographer said I had PCOS,cos he saw many eggs. He didn't know they were eggs that stopped growing cos of the contraceptive I was on. We kept waiting for the period.
After some time,we just decided to do pregnancy test just in case,came out positive!
U see,when God decides to bless you or do His thing,He definitely needs no permission and He makes it perfect!
I was placed on progesterone insert and vasoprin. It might have helped but I know God was in charge.

I started bleeding at 34weeks, because of placenta previa. Was rushed to the hospital and had emergency cs because I lost some liquor too with the blood and baby was at risk.
In few minutes,I held the most gorgeous baby u will ever see! God's perfect gift to us!

What do I want to say?
Hold on! Your miracle is on the way,whoever you are!

My Birth Story
I had my first baby April 2017,after ttc , it took me four years+ to conceive again, after a missed miscarriage at 7weeks.
This pregnancy was different eh, morning sickness showed me pepper but In all I thank God it ended in praise. approaching my edd my doctor said I should choose date for my elective CS because of previous SCAR, I choose FEB 9TH But on the 31st of January I started having contractions I timed it. it was 10 to 15 minutes apart. On the 1st of FEB WE headed to the hospital , I was checked the Dr said I'm 4cm by 6am the next day I was 6cm but the refused to hasten labour reason been I had previous SCAR and I have been booked for CS , they left me unattended to because I refuse to do CS I was progressing very well but still they wanted to tear me up. my hubby pited me because I was wallowing in pains when contraction came and so he signed consent form,i was wheeled to the theater and they brought out my damsel. I don't pray for my enemy to use that hospital. all the care about is money with VERY POOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

But you took a risk because you could have had a ruptured uterus while contracting since your doctor advised CS.

Not all the general hospital in Delta State, infact some general hospital in that state need to be closed down especially that otor- udu general hospital, in udu local government.

You just need to pray that u don't have emergency at night otherwise the outcome won't go well, they don't have nepa light even their generator is not functional.

I lost my baby boy there early this year when my wife was delivering,I just thank God that my wife didn't follow, the story would have be horrible, I wanted to take the matter to court but my friend said I should forget about it.

so sorry for your loss.

Can I boil the clove in water instead of crush?
Also should I take it throughout the cycle.Thank you

The person I read her testimony used to soak and drink but it couldn't pass my throat so i crushed like 10, in a big tea cup put my green teabag inside and poured boiling water. Cover for like 10mins then drink. It was my morning tea.
I took throughout my cycle from around end of sept through Oct & November. I wasnt very consistent in December cos I had a lot on my mind so I didn't take it much after ovulation that month I got my bfp.
I think it will be good to take it round your cycle consistently for the first 2-3months so it can work well.

Cloves is very powerful,it regulate the hormones and increases ovulation and also fight infections. Bitter leave juice gives healthy eggs....they are cheap but powerful...Congratulations....God is awesome

Hi mama's, been a guest on this thread, for over 4 years, registered at the beginning but had to deactivate cos of monitoring spirits.

I want to share with you all my journey and my testimony, yes because GOD WILL DEFINITELY DO IT.

I joined this forum after trying for about 6 months in 2018.
My case;
Secondary subfertility (no clear diagnosis) from Teaching hospital.
No fibroids
No blocked tubes
No cysts
Ovulating regularly but on day 12 ( I used to always ovulate on day 14/15)
So I had a 26 day cycle instead of the 28 I used to have before ever giving birth.
I was referred for several investigations, and everything was coming out OK and sometimes boderline but I knew something was wrong with me.
Things I noticed:
My period always skipped day3, but continued on day4 & 5(stop and start).
Sometimes I will spot till day 9/10
I would always spot b4 ovulation
Infection test showed staphylococcus so I focused on treating that for a good part of 2018.
After a while of taking antibiotics every month hubby became frustrated and even his **** would not even come up during sex. His sperm count was over 60mil with good motility and morphology so I knew it was me.
We took so many herbs for infection, spent money, I used serappeptase, xi Xian cao, yi mu CAO, guife bao, just to clean up every where, I took more concoctions for infection throughout 2019 since staphylococcus was the only thing being seen in any of the results so far.
I changed gynae 3 times but all of them kept saying nothing is wrong madam just go and relax.
Lest I forget, I always had this slimy stuff in my period like ovulation discharge, some people suggested I may be ovulating during my period but I sincerely doubted it.
2019-2020 I went for native womb-setting and herbs, used Omodara fertility tonic, I used Kandicrush, ginger-garlic etc Combo, bitter melon (the one dey boil with pap-water), I used gorontula e.t.c plus various fertility drugs clo.mid, letro.zole etc prescribed by my gynae (all at different times o!) yet no solution.
2021 I decided I was done, hubby and I decided to focus on what we have and just rest.
We stopped timing sex
I stopped buying drugs
I stopped going to a gynae.
I just rested.
I decided to start eating healthy following one natural fertility page on facebook.
But the slimy discharge with my period still bothered me so I complained to my sweetner seller on IG and she gave me her detox drink.
After taking it I noticed the slimyness in my period reduced in my July/August menses but I didn't conceive, it however returned in september when the product finished and her products was a bit expensive for me so I stopped buying it.
Going through nairaland I came across a mama that testified of eating healthy and drinking clove water the month before she conceived so I started researching cloves.
I liked what I saw and since it's not expensive I started buying it. I took it crushed with green tea everyday, by the time I saw October menses all traces of that slimyness was gone and I noticed my period was clearer, cleaner, brighter something was just different. So I continued it more diligently, November same thing.
For health reasons and constipation, I added a probiotic supplement that contains vitd3 in November. I also remember taking vitaminC 800mg for 10days after my period in November because I took COVID 19 vaccine as we were in the process of relocating so ttc was not even my priority at the time.
December 17th I was expecting my period, No show! I waited 3 days and tested, TWO BOLD LINES!
The bfp I had been waiting for, for 4 years came when I wasn't even expecting.
Throughout December I was following NSPPD, but was more focused on God making a way for us in a new country, I also prayed earnestly about my journey to conceiving another child but it was not the top priority and yet God Did It.
Just writing this epistle to encourage someone that may be having similar concerns like I was, maybe what worked for me might work for you too.
Imagine spending over N300 thousand on supplements and drugs alone not to talk of gynae fees, trad massages etc and yet cloves of N400 naira cleared one of my most pressing concerns about my cycle. Maybe the probiotics with d3 helped, maybe the 800mg vit C helped too but I just know that GOD DID IT FOR ME, and He will do it for you too.

My spitting stopped totally at 4months.
U can chew garden egg. Or buy sweets . I used garden egg mostly Sha .

lol... Der is no way dey wont sew d flesh... Its either d surgeon is a good tailor or dey use scar removal 4 their patience.... Scar removal is wat plastic surgeons use to remove scar after operatns

New technique uses staples. These are dissolvable and leave little or no scar, just like plastic surgery. Usually done abroad now, good to hear it's now in Nigeria.

I've been following this page as a guest for a while but finally registered.
Pls I'm 11 weeks pregnant and I have a lot of spitting and odd taste in my mouth, I cannot swallow saliva please what can I do to stop this? Also how long does it usually last? I didn't have this with my previous pregnancies and I don't have any other symptoms aside from tiredness and headaches when I'm stressed.
