I masturbate almost every night and early morning, wanking serves as a sleep pill to me on night I am unable to fall asleep and recently I have been on the act every early morning probably due to the cold weather this rainy season.

I have females I do cuddle and romance whenever we get together and at least a girl I have regular sex with but I still find myself masturbating same day after Intercourse with my female pal. I really want to quit masturbation and pre marital sex, am not religious but I feel dirty after sex and masturbation. I feel dirtier after sex with my female pal, I am not in love with her or any one and I wish to stop this sex, it's really affecting me psychologically. I just wanked off while fantazing about a pretty well endowed girl whom I sometimes indulge in pre-intimacy with but haven't penetrated her deeply yet because she claims she's a Virgin & finds it painful. I pictured myself drilling her this early morning and jerked off on the thought of it. Is this normal? Am I normal?

I think I need help, I want to CHANGE but I want to do that without becoming religious. Is that possible?

In a saner clime this is the easiest murder case to solve. The note should tell you to look for the victims married lover and that will lead you to his wife. He phonebook and a few investigation is what you need. If the phone book was confiscated by the culprit, get her phone number from her family and friends then you know where to take it to get the previous number dialled.
