i use a curve 7 and i recommend it, bold 5 battery is crap, even the new one, curve 7 is OS 7.1 out of the box which is the highest for the old bb series, mark my words, the battery of the bold 5 will piss u off, except of course u want to have more than one battery,i have just one battery for my curve 7, EDGE takes me thru d day. 3G drains d battery faster so it wont last all day

i use a brand new curve 7 and it doesnt shut down all d time though it shuts itself down sometimes, i guess it does dat to free up memory cos it gets low on memory and needs to restart, my fone seizes and stops working, i just leave it alone for sometime, not more than a minute, it will pick up
