A release by the secretary to the state government, Prof Solo Chukwulobelu, on the closure of markets stated, “As part of ongoing measures by Anambra state government to stop the spread of Coronavirus, all markets in Anambra state will be closed ‪from Monday, 30th March, 2020‬ for 14 days.


“Only businesses selling food items and medicines are authorised to stay open during the closure. Such businesses should, however, observe social distance protocols and other coronavirus health advisory already in place in Anambra state.

“During the 14-day period also, traders should stay at home and not move about.

“This directive will be reviewed at the end of the 14-day period and further directives will be communicated.


“The executive and members of Anambra State Market Traders Association (ASMATA), executive and members of various market associations, market men and women are hereby directed to strictly comply with this directive.

“Members of Anambra state Covid-19 Task Force, the police and other security agencies should strictly enforce this directive. This is in the best interest of all of us. Please help us to fight this Pandemic,” the release read

I am a graduate, though unemployed but doing one or two menial jobs to keep mind and soul together

I have this girlfriend I have been dating for almost two years now. We both love each other but the issue at hand is she's a stubborn, anger driven person that insults my parents. In fact hit me sometimes and says all manner of words at me.

1 She's very stubborn
2 she insults my parents at every small argument
3 she's anger driven, yes am anger driven to an extent also but I have never used my anger to do stupid things like hitting her before compare to many times she has Slapped, locked my shirt and punched me.
4 we had an issue last night and it was in public and she was just shouting at me, passers by and onlookers were just amused that why would a lady be like this that she now had to take a big stone and throw at me, though I dodged the stone all because i was gearing her to let's leave the public scene and go home
5 A baby is on the line cos she's pregnant and even if you will advise me to leave the relationship as it's toxic, what about the unborn child.
6 I am currently unemployed and in fact am still at home not yet balanced up well enough, but she has used nags to kill me, saying all manners at me

The website of one of the popular ponzi schemes in Nigeria, Ultimate Cycler, has crashed.

This has aggravated fear in the hearts of many who are into similar money doubling scheme, especially the controversial MMM. The ponzi website crashed early Thursday morning, December 1, around 10:30am, shutting out every member from their account.The site first displayed error codes in bold letters, then it proceeded to display another message: “Be right back. We are currently updating the site to give you a more pleasurable experience and will be back online shortly. Our update estimation is to be complete over the next 6 – 12 hours. Thank you, Peter Wolfing.”
Ultimate Cycler is a new ponzi scheme that came just after MMM. This new money doubling scheme claims a promise of better returns on invested money than MMM. The hook for Ultimate Cycler is members get a return of N50,000 after paying N12,500 to a fellow member he or she registered under. Dangers for members who have invested in it or others like MMM is that when such websites go down, chances are that it never comes up again and hence, “investors’” money goes with it.

The website was back up early this morning, Friday, December 2, 2016. According to the scheme’s Twitter account, the website was down because the servers were being upgraded.

I was there life I live at Abatete drive I spent all the day there . The 1st news I heard wasthis same fake. News about slapping somebody so I had to see to the end to be sure. Thus is pure lie as I live at the street.what happened the bole hole was faulty and they need to dig it deeper so that water will start coming out again. It started Saturday and on Monday they came to continue so the calabar men digging it , one entered and stayed for long and the brother was apprehensive after not hearing from him . He brought out the rope he entered and decided to go and check him he didn't come out. So another man was invited he was tied very well and he entered and gave sign with the rope and he was brought out because he couldn't breath there was a gas in the bole hole he fainted on his way coming out so when he got to where there was aenough air he regain conscious but as they were bringing him out his body was hitting on the walls of the well because he was fainting he had bruises on his body. So one Hausa man trusted himself and asked for 100k and it was given to him , and the man that came out warn that nobody should enenter there even if 10persons enter they will die that that place is filled with gas.The huasa man was given oxygen he said it was heavy so he removed it and they asked him to be tied he refused and enter before he got to the bottom he can't bread and he gave sign to bring him out as he was coming out he fell off the rope because he was not tied and he died. In the morning they brought machine and put it there to clear the gas and they were brought out .this is machine and the dead men.
