What you will do is to present the new admission letter at the port of entry.

Or send to IRCC informing them of a change in your academic start date

You need to contact your school to find out if you would be allowed to resume classes by February. If yes, then there shouldn't be a problem when you arrive Canada by February.

You already have an enrollment letter. Why na.. you should have waited till you get a decision on your visa application before enrolling. Without enroling I would have advised you pay the first semester via black market (it's faster) or you apply for another admission in that same course. That way, the 1500 you paid will be transferred to that new admission.

As it is, you have signed that you will resume classes in January, you have to withdraw and apply for another admission but I don't know what happens to the 1500 already paid.

It will affect you if your school has started and you are not enrolled. Proof of enrolment is required if you travel after your start date.

Hello people good evening ,I got a medical request on 20th of this month and I tried to book an appointment with the guidelines that I saw on the thread. However, Iom Lagos and Qlife no longer accept appointments between now and January. Please what do you think I can do about it? I Also noticed that Abuja has January 12 but can’t travel down to Abuja City because it is very far where I am at right now. Please what can I do about this?

I basically just talked about how I tackled my first refusal. The breakdown of how both my sponsors would be helping me out financially.

You can include the LOE. Dy are no rules to this thing. Just do what works for you best.

First application was 15th May 2021 and on the 10th of September them serve me breakfast which came with premium tears.

I ordered for my notes to know the main reason for my refusal in other to know how to tackle them appropriately.

The refusal reason was that dy don’t think the bank statement I presented wasn’t going to take care of my tuition and accommodation so I was refused

What I did was to get two sponsors. The first sponsor is my dads younger brother. I got an employment letter from him cus he owns a law firm. So basically it made sense to say he was going to sponsor me to acquire knowledge and help foster the growth of his business. Co-sponsor is my mothers younger brother who is a Canadian citizen. He wrote a letter stating he was ready to take care of my accommodation as my school is just 15 mins away from his place sha as well as my feeding.

Like i said application took almost 9 months... on the 7th of June I was requested to send an updated LOA That same month emailed an MP. She was ready to help but the info she got back from ircc wasn’t really helpful has it was just basically a summary of my application.

1. Get another ID that does not have expiry date like NIN, DL or Voters card.
2. It is a soft copy passport, so no need to write name.

What i did...
I selected some schools of my interest, I mailed my credentials to them requesting if I'm eligible to study ... course in their school. Some replied and said no, while some replied and said yes.

I then went ahead with full application to the ones that said yes, stating that I had earlier made an enquiry and was asked to go ahead with my application.

With this method, I didn't have to go through any admission decline from any school.
