Meat is used in preparing seasoning for cooking e.g Maggi ( nestle) , Indomie noodles seasoning all have halal certification just to mention a few. There is an islamic way of certifying or certification of food items especially MEAT. Just like the way NAFDAC certify drugs in Nigeria. This islam certification is known as HILAL. It is to authenticate that animals are killed in islam way and not dead nor diseased animals are prepared. This is an official and common practise in any muslim society . If any meat does not have Hilal or Allah stamped on it, people will no buy because, it is Haram. I believe in God doing wonders but, this is meat certification stamp. Thanks.
