Is it advisable to use phone when answering the questions or it should be PC always?

Bush baby, or Egbere are probably small children of uncivilized society. The reason we probably don't see them anymore is because civilization has been in the nooks and cranny of our environment these days.

Tell me if you see a small kid of 7yrs old/old man but short in stature, wearing leaves and crying of hunger, yet speaking language you don't understand, while manoeuvering the thick bushes/forest, such that it appears like he can disappear and reappear at will. What will you think? A lost kid or bush baby?

Well, I don't blame them, I blamed the government that can't stick to their word. They should have dismissed them long ago. They're millions of employed graduates that are waiting to benefits from the scheme, but the selfishness of most npower beneficiaries at the moment won't let them see beyond their nose.
