After 2 test, 3 interviews and 1 presentation.
I am to resume today
with a pay 40% more than I was earning.
where the location is way closer to my residence
work hours drastically reduced (From 8:30am-8:30pm to 9am-5pm)

I happily subscribed for 1gb last week Tuesday(17th)

When i checked my data on Sunday midnight (22nd) i found it awkward that my data was 1.02gb considering the fact that i use my office WiFi all thru weekdays, which leaves only sat and sun with my mobile data just for light surfing and chats

I reluctantly ignored it only for me to get back from work yesterday (23rd) to find just 285mb left in my account
I Quickly checked my phone data usage app which told me i had used just 422mb from 1st May to 24th May

SO HOW COME DID MTN SAY I USED OVER 1 GB IN JUST ONE WEEK

i called cc only for all d agents to tell me "the Application being used to check your data sub is not loading at the moment"

This is so far what i can endure from MTN. Mods, Stakeholders and fellow Nlndrs please how can i get my Data or Money Back


PS: i dont hve more than 10 user app installed on my phone
when i was using 1gb SME data i NEVER had to check my bal and i used it for a month
