Bomb or no bomb lol. It's common sense really. Not that the Samsung or iPhone ain't nice to have but having a feel of the Phantom has changed everything. Shows that there's a mobile phone brand that's ready to challenge the big guns.

Spot on. The Phantom 6 phones are amazing. Whether it's the dual camera on the 6 or the 21mp on the 6+ , it's amazing. Not to talk of the processor and RAM.

No sane person working hard before seeing money will waste over a 100k on a tecno MTK toy that has no OTA updates. I rather use my money to plant sugar cane farm than spend on their useless over priced device. Lol. No sane person? Well, I think you need to check the definition of sane because sane people recognize real things and the phantom 6 and 6+ are superb in their own right. You'll be amazed at how it broke the preorder record for phones in Nigeria when released.

what is this refocus feature that I hear a lot about?

The camera was built for that. It focuses in 0.15 seconds and its a dual camera of 13mp and 5mp. The dual back camera fully lends precision, detail and quality to the photo it takes.

I am beginning to wonder if this phone has any flaws. Haven't read anything negative so far. Checked it out in one of the shops and it's just what it is. I think that's why it has a plus.

These security features are nice. Partnering with Trustlook to beef up the security of their phones is commendable too. I like the fingerprint idea. It's easy to use.

Have you guys tried the refocus feature of the phantom 6? It's amazing really. Been reading a lot about it of late.

OP stating irrelevant facts, so the Mercedes Benz that made the olden Benz 280 and the likes should have stuck to it because of the so called standards? And not create the modern and sophisticated E, S and ML classes? You have to give credit to a company that's evolving and growing. And to say the phantom phones are expensive compared to other phones with almost the same capacities is an insult? Why? Because they are called Tecno? I think that should be the main reason we should applaud them. For persisting and launching world class devices. And oh, seems you have forgotten that the exchange rate is also affecting the prices of items. Credit to Tecno for this. I'm sure more nice and affordable gadgets are coming.

Truly the phantom 6 is a beauty. The dual camera is one of the strengths. Not neglecting that it's one of the slimmest phones in the world right now.

Good gesture from Tecno. I think I'll need to go try my luck too. Who knows? I might be lucky too. Good reward for believing in a brand.

Sup guys, a friend of mine has a broken screen and she has been looking for a way to repair it to no avail. Please is there anywhere in Lagos she can do that? They keep saying the screen is scarce.

My friend uses the L8 and she has never complained about it. You can get the L8+ as it's a better version of the L8. Lasting battery too.

The TECNO phantom 6 plus is one of the best smart phones ever produced, if not even the best, the launch of the Phantom 6 plus is now a game changer in the premium smartphone market segment, in the sense that most devices don't measure up to it and at the same time the TECNO Phantom 6 plus is going head to head with the more recognized brands worldwide.

I'll tell you why I think the phantom 6 plus is the best.

CAMERA
Well I am not much of a camera person, but I must say I am impressed with the camera performance of the TECNO Phantom 6 Plus, the Phantom 6 plus comes with a rear camera of 21.0MP camera with a Sony IMX230 professional camera and 83 degrees right angle front camera.

BATTERY

The TECNO Phantom 6 Plus comes with a huge 4050mAH battery capacity, so theoretically and practically this battery takes me two good days on browsing and listening to music and calls, (most times I use it as my personal WiFi, then it should take a solid heavy user a whole day, along with playing of HD games too and the best part is that it takes me 1hr and 10min to get a full charge from 0-100%. with the TECNO Phantom 6 plus, you do not need to tag a power bank along you every where you go. one Amazing thing about the TECNO phantom 6 plus is that you have it all in one package, A large battery to go with a slim design. I commend TECNO team for this feat.

FINGERPRINT SENSOR AND EYE VERIFICATION

This feature always come with very high phones that we have to pay double the price of the Phantom 6 plus to get, but you need see the look on my face when I unboxed the TECNO phantom 6 plus and saw it came with a finger print sensor and a retina scan for security purpose, on a normal day these features are only present in the likes of Samsung and Huawei devices. At first when I saw it I doubted it's performance, but after setting it up I was so surprised at how well it worked and how fast it responded to the touch of my thumb, another fascinating thing about this is that you can register up to 5 fingers to open it with.

AUDIO OUTPUT AND MUSIC

I'm impressed with the audio and music capability of the TECNO Phantom 6 plus, The Phantom 6 plus has really loud and large speakers underneath the side of the phone just like the iPhone does, mostly when I am alone, I just play it through the speakers and flow with the songs too, the sound quality of the phantom 6 plus speakers and also the metallic ear buds that came with it are just wonderful.




4GB RAM AND DECACORE PROCESSOR

The TECNO Phantom 6 plus comes with a 4GB RAM for smooth multitasking and can handle countless processes you throw at it and along with it's deca-core processor which makes this device a beast, even some medium sized laptop do not come with this type of processor not to talk of a phone. even the processors running on a nexus phone are no match for the TECNO Phantom 6, the RAM size along with the processor are what makes it a beast and trust me when I say this, the TECNO Phantom 6 plus will definitely handle anything you throw at it.

Most times I tend to be using some apps and if I find what I am using it for interesting, I tend to stick to it, and most times I forget and get so carried away that I only remember those apps 24hrs later and when I open them, they don't refresh, they continue from where I left them. That being said I wish the TECNO Phantom 6 plus will be upgraded to Android 7.0 Nougat.

FULL METAL BODY

Sporting 98.1% metal ratio, Phantom 6 plus is painstakingly through 32 processes and handcrafted in 2880 minutes for outstanding look and tested strength. With a non-detachable battery sealed within and connecting parts strengthened by screws, it is further reinforced through seamless nano molding.

The 4GB RAM is big enough to run more than 50 apps sef IMO. Another accompanying thing people have talked about is the battery life. In other words, as it multitasks or have enough apps running, your battery juice is able with its 4050mAh capacity. Wonderful!! I can't wait to own this device.

That's what I think too. 4GB RAM is kind of massive enough. And the Helio X20 Deca-core GHz chipset is wow.
