I'd rather talk on them here bro(learnt a lesson relating with people live)

The safest ways to make money in crypto right now are ;

1. Through Stablecoins
2. Through exchanges
3. Delegating to new blockchains
4. Selling gaming nfts

I do all 4 from late 2020 and my life changed. Highest I can give is that for stablecoins staking go to coingecko and search through exchanges with score of 5 and above, register, verify, compare their rates and save accordingly.

If you want to buy a crypto with a lot of upside potential and little risk, buy a staking coin that's tied to an exchange and use it to farm more coins/money.

Delegating to new blockchains like atom, Juno, Osmo etc grants you airdrops worth millions(Google it for yourself)

Then NFT games like gods unchained I've made money while playing their card games and selling unique cards I unlock plus they airdropped millions(in naira terms) late last year.

Peace out and good luck.

@harpahrah(no vex, I don't get in touch with people anymore).

Hello Mr. Davien,

Please can you create a paid group where you can teach guys this.

Please, I really don't mind paying.

Guys you can be rich without doing money ritual or drug or robbery or yahoo scam, its not that hard, you guys need to change your ideology about money oh.

Money is not that hard.

Many Igbo guys start early to hustle; doing petty business, traveling to different parts of the world taking risk to explore new business opportunities in far away lands and bringing solutions to problems of local communities which fetch them money.

With internet technology today, any enterprising and smart youth can become rich easily trading things online, building product brands and solving problems.

Nigerian youths please stop thinking poor like Buhari and his criminal gangs who deceive Nigerians that they are poor but they are worth billions all thanks to Nigerian government free money they have been stealing since the 80s angry

I have watched some friends rose from ashes of poverty and financial lack to the crest of financial success to the dismay of people that knew them years back, and these people feel these guys did money ritual but I know them personally and I know what they are into.

I have mentored some ladies too into becoming financial success and an envy of their fellow ladies, all these things are possible.

Let's stop attributing every successful person's death to spiritual stuff, its not always so.

Anybody can die anytime.

.

Well said.

Probably you should talk more on the bolded for all to get what you mean.

Good to have you back online.

Good day, I am very sorry for disappointing you.
I have searched my library and my house since Saturday for the book and could not lay my hands on the book, I found out that six other titles were missing.

My brother and two of his friends were in my house during the lock down and they read some of my books in order to kill boredom during the lock down.

I have gotten across to them and they claimed the books are not with them

This is quite painful and some of the books are no longer in circulation.

I am very sorry for the disappointment.

That's sad. Thanks alot sir, for going all the way to help me out. I appreciate sir, God bless.

Hello sir,
Please have been looking for Asalu book, but couldn't get it. Am not based in Lagos.
Please I spoke with comrade babatunde on the phone recently, he is the public secretary of Nigeria Shareholder Solidarity Association NSSA, which is the first shareholder association founded by late Asalu, regarding the book.

He informed me that the book isn't in publication again after the death of Asalu, and he never gave a go ahead on getting the books published, so getting it is difficult, he advised if I can find a copy from someone that owns it, I can make photocopy of it

Have spoken with all contacts I have in Lagos, and no one can find the book in bookstores.

Sir, please since he is a mentor of yours, please can you be able to get the book, I will pay for whatever it will cost you.

Yes, I have been using it for the past 10 years and I have had no cause to change or repair it. The building was a DIY, I have also recouped the money I spent building the property.

Before building do your research, the internet has made things easy.

And when building for rental or Investment make sure the rental income will give you a minimum PE of 15 .

Eg the property that cost you N30 million to complete should give you a minimum rental income of N2 million

Please where on the internet can one learn more about building.

Would there be continuous charge if one is updating his/her will yearly as a result of additional investment they acquire?

You are expected to use your savings to start a business. You can use leverage to expand the business

But it is necessary for all revenue to go through the bank or you save and later withdraw from the bank. With this you developing your turnover and transaction history, which will be necessary when you want to grow your business

Interesting. Thank you for this.

Interest rate from the banks are between 20% to 25%, big businesses like MTN, Dangote, etc can get at lower rates

If a trader gets a 91 day overdraft facility of N1 million at 24% per annum. That means the trader will pay an interest of 60k on the N1 million after 3 months when the loan matures

A trader who can't make up to 150k profif on a loan of N1 million in 3 months have no business being in that business.

Even if the business is just starting up and less than three years.

How can you get credit now?

A typical businessman should have credit facilities as one of his financial, business and investment tools.

It is wrong for any savvy person to say it is because of Investments or business opportunities that did not allow them to have an emergency cash reserve. This reserve is best kept in money market fund, call deposit or saving account.

I will rather owe my bank N5 million which is used for business or Investment and still have N2 million in cash or almost cash

Than not owing my bank, using N4 million of my personal fund for business and left with zero cash balance

Sir, what about the interest rate from banks.
If the return from the business is less than the interest rate from the bank. Will it still be nice to take a loan from bank?

You forgot to say Adebola Adegunwa started as a photographer. He later became the major distributor of Kodak film in Nigeria. He also had photo laboratories all over Nigeria. The properties are now used as Depot for Rite food products and Bigi drink products.

One of the advantages of real estate, the investment can be converted to other uses

Ess-ay Holdings owned by Adebola Adegunwa with headquarters at Adebola House Opebi Ikeja Lagos is a major shareholder of Sterling Bank and CSCS. The company has interest in real estate, manufacturing, insurance, marine, hoslitality etc

At the bold, I must commed his son, Seleem Adegunwa who came into the company after his MBA at Bristol for revolutionising the beverage sector of the company. Fearless drink has become the energy drink market leaders giving J.I EJISON's Blue Bullet energy drink a run for their money. Most distributors of blue bullet are now applying for rite food distributorship as a result of huge demand for fearless energy drink.

Although their cola products aren't controlling market shares when compared with Coca-Cola and Pepsi-Cola, probably they should take a clue from FIRSTBEV Nigeria, who in less than 2 years of establishment in Nigeria, their products, RC Cola is giving NBC and 7up Bottling Company stiff competition due to the price of RC cola being cheaper when compared with others.

I must commed chief Adegunwa, just like Vaswani brothers, have ensured that their children after studies abroad, come back to their company to pilot affairs and move it forward.

Salary is more peaceful. If you're a salary earner, appreciate it. Just try to make good use of your earnings.
My biz with consistent turnover gives me peace of mind. It's relatively predictable. And returns over time, is d best.
I hate receiving rents, dividends better pass rents by far. No stories. If you build house to rent out in most locations outside Lagos and Abuja, in my opinion, sell the Bleep/ing item & move on.

Isn't it better to have diversified investments. Having both rental income and dividends from stocks isn't bad. Rental income from a building 10 years ago should have grown by now same for dividend from a growth stock.

Sometimes I ask myself why me. I would have gone through the job route with my friends.

The name of the holding company of Dangote Businesses is Dangote Industries Limited. The general name of the businesses is Dangote Group.

The current governor of Nasarawa state was the CEO Dangote Sugar, Joseph Makoju a former CEO of PHCN and Wapco Cement recently retired as the CEO of Dangote cement according to the annual report Makoju earned N450 million per annum excluding certain allowances and benefits. Dangote cement just employed a Frenchman who was the CEO of Lafarge Wapco as a replacement for Makoju.

Kunle Alake's position at the Dangote Industries Limited as the COO, which is the parent company of Dangote Refinery, Dangote cement, Dangote sugar, NASCON and other companies in the group is higher than the position of the CEO of the various subsidiaries.
Kunle Alake has spent about 30 years working with Dangote, right from the days of the defunct Liberty Merchant Bank owned by Dangote.

Sir, what's the difference between the the holding company Dangote Industries Limited and the general company Dangote Group.

Also, please in some financial statements of companies listed in NSE they have Group and Company what's the difference. As an investor, which do you look out for, is it the group or the company.

I feel same for you. However, if there is hope in sight for the business, you could stay put and re-strategise. To break even let alone turn a profit in a business anywhere takes time. I am lucky because when my parents started the business, I was still in secondary school, so I grew up to witness profits during my university days (reduced steeply when Buhari became president) and rose after graduation. So it has been favourable compared to a contemporary who started business immediately after tertiary education. Moreover, I have always believed that prospective entrepreneurs should work in a corporate environment or another entreprise before diving into entrepreneurship as this would develop their mental capacity, build experience and network, know key markets/customers etc. The reasoning someone who has worked in KPMG for three years and started a restaurant business will be different from the person who just started immediately after NYSC. The former has higher chances of being qualified for loans, entrepreneurial grants and actually knows how a business is run. Since 2017 till now is three years or almost so (depends on when you started), so it is not really a long time. If you really believe you cannot withstand it, you can always leave for your masters and if need be, return (after acquiring a second citizenship if possible) and continue from where you stopped. Trust me, the way you do things would be different from how you would do same when you return.

Thanks alot for the advice. Will key into what you said.
Career / Re: I Regret Becoming An Entrepreneur: 9-5 Life Forever! Feud.. by schoolboi: 10:56am On Mar 20, 2020
Gerrard59:
Entrepreneurship isn't for the fainthearted anywhere let alone in Nigeria where the costs of doing business is astronomically high. I run my family's business which has been very profitable but have I told you that I spend a lot on diesel/fuel daily to ensure there's electricity? Due to the collapse of crude oil prices, the state government has instituted lots of tax policies. As a result, I pay huge and unnecessary taxes and levies. The value for these taxes, I don't see. Bros, it's not easy especially when one has to change employees like clothes because they are dishonest and largely incompetent. It's as if I'm raising children.

The worst set of "entrepreneurs" are those who claim "a salary keeps your dreams away", "don't work for anyone" (if everyone has this mentality, who would work for anyone?), "salaried jobs are slavery" (tell that to oil workers who earn annual salaries exceeding 20 million naira or the current CEO of Total exploration who has been there since he finished his NYSC during the late '80s), "start your business so that you are unanswerable to anyone" (bloody lie. As an entrepreneur, you're answerable to your customers, regulators, employees, investors etc) etc. You should not only run away but flee from those cretinous fvcktards as the vast majority aren't adding value, are largely unintelligent and moronic in their reasoning.

If you see a 9-5 job where you can grow yourself and develop your skills, go for it. The issue here is that: people believe being entrepreneur makes you have so much money quicker than being an employee. But it's not really so as businesses just as a successful career take time to develop. The employees you see today earning huge salaries didn't earn such when they started their jobs neither do businesses start generating humongous profits in the first few years of operations. Moreover, because the business is expected to expand to meet up with demand, actual entrepreneurs not the cretinous fvcktards I described in the second paragraph don't earn huge salaries as they plough back whatever they have made into the business for its growth. This is similar to people advancing their careers by taking up professional courses and certifications to develop themselves as they progress. So you see? Success whether in business or career is a long-term game not the "I made money in this business and bought a car to flex whereas the business is bleeding due to lack of investment".

God bless you bro. I fell for that scam "entrepreneur is the way" right after I finish NYSC three years ago. While some of my mates are already working in top engineering firms, banks, big 4, top Nigeria parastatals, some have gone abroad for masters and settled there after their masters, am sticker with this business since 2017, haven't broken even, profits are being eaten by taxes and basic expenses. If I had given my focus on employment path, I believe in three years I should have gotten a job with returns better than my present position.

Please for everyone reading this post, please if you don't have the mindset to go into business, please do not go into it.
