I have a special sim for this.. I dont call with it. Anytime i load money, i just start browsing till it finishes.. And note:: the 15naira is deducted automatically every 5mins, so no need to re-subscribe every 5mins.. Works on laptop too. Even with as little as 100/200naira, i dey wreck damage..
