Also there are lot of stigmatization maybe by some forces that already instilled the thinking that SE lands are not safe security wise. This will be a turn off for foreign investors.

Also most investors are mindful of the Biafra ideology and investing in areas like such places might become a problem for them in the future due to political instability.

SW normally is at a better advantage than any region in Nigeria maybe due to the Lagos factor or the progressive mindset of the Yorubas.
