This issue reminds the story of a ''mad man'' in one of the cities in Nigeria. This guy was being paid millions by ritualists to get used sanitary pads from refuse dumps by acting like a mad man. People actually believed he was mad until some people who probably had too much time on their hands noticed that he was always picking up used sanitary pads from those dump sites and taking them away in a bag, they decided to trace him and found out exactly what was happening.
