The first problem I had with your programme was how to calculate the cosine of a an angle in degree which I have solved Math.cos((Math. PI)/angle) Now before I speak about the programme, let agree that cosine rule is C sq = A sq + B sq +2ABcosangle where C is certainly the hypotenuse A or B opposite or adjacent respectively and angle is the angle between the adjacent and opposite, i.e. facing the hypotenuse If you write a programme that calculates the lenght of a side using the formulae you will have a logical error because the programme wil be looking for hypotenuse always, when you could actually be looking for opposite or adjacent! For the programme to work, The programme would have to ask you which of the sides is being looked for either hypotenuse, adjacent or opposite after which it accepts value, computes and displays the result What I've done is the algorithm design, which is the first step in programming After this you commence coding Call me on 08090642393, let me know that is in it for me |

If you are interested in having sound incorporated in your programme, post on my thread https://www.nairaland.com/1584882/most-java-problems-solved You create the sound file and your java programme will read it, also you don't need API just the sun audio import for netbean, I can give you a sound recorder - so you can use your laptop to create the sound files, or for premium quality go to a sound studio |

Programming / Most Of Your Java Problems Solved by sealteam66(m): 6:38am On Jan 08, 2014 |
Due to the numerous Java related post I've seen, I have decided to open this thread to aggregate java related issues. Basically there is no need to explain what java is. I believe most people are interested in writing codes and having the difficulties they are experiencing resolved (subject to terms and condition). Current Level of Java Proficiency: OCAJP Aspiring Level of Java Proficiency: OCPJP Steps to Achieving Intermediate level Java Proficiency 1.) Get a Java IDE like netbean link below http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk-7-netbeans-download-432126.html/ (The Link contains netbean and JDK combo so you don't have to download and install them separately, also you have to choose between a 32-bit or 64-bit netbean JDK combo- depending on you system's architecture) 2.1) Enroll in an IT institution for 3-6 months @ 120K and be awarded a diploma 2.2) Get Java Books (Stock includes Java book from beginner to Expert level), paste problems you are having, issues you don't understand on this forum @ 7K(negotiable) for me to answer and be assited in getting OCAJP cerfification(cost of certification NGN30,000), including tutorial of how to put your software on a CD - ready for distribution or sale You will agree with me that to even get on NL mbs are needed and mbs cost money. I will fulfill condition 2.2 above if the terms and conditions are accepted, also it is slightly negotiable. Don't ask for saraa, however if it is what you want, wait until my data plan is about to expire and I have unused mb. As a proof, I will answer 33% of most questions posted. Adding a little sugar and milk to you cup of java. Happy Posting |
Programming / Re: How Can I Password Or Code My Software by sealteam66(m): 9:23pm On Jan 07, 2014 |
Am having the same problem , I have a product that is moving and I want to prevent hackers from reaping were they didnt sow. Back to your question you need an obfuscator (hope I got the spelling right) like excelsior jet which will set you back 3000 dollar for one year not a joke!-that will prevent someone reverse engineering your product- stealiing your sourcecode. Now innosetup and I believe other wrappers gives you the option of passwording your product, but it is not effective, as far as I know you have to set up a server called license server and store the licence keys then you install the remaining half so to say of the licence manger in your program, i havw scawalled the internet no more information, I may just have to go back to were I got my Java certification in the first place, in fact this is the last post I made to a supposed java guru- hope we talking about java |
Programming / Re: Im A Java Expert Here To Teach Those Who Wants To Learn. by sealteam66(m): 4:54am On Jan 06, 2014 |
Braimahjak Hello, I am an intermediate level Java programmer. Although, I dont have OCAJP, I have a diploma in Java programming from New Horizon. I developed a software, and i want to incorporate licence keys to curb piracy-although such move wont deter the most determined hacker. I've also learnt to obfuscate, to prevent reverse engineering So far I know I have to set up a license server to accompish this feat, Can you put me through? I am even thinking of going back to New horizon to learn this kindly give me a call on 08162702668 and I will call back Regards ST66 |

From what you said i believe you want to put for application in a form that you can put it on CD for distribution. There are four steps 1- you create .jar file 2- you create exec file, i use exe4j 3- you create an icon for your app, i use convetico.com 4- you wrap you program with installer, i use inno setup |
