Tips for those getting started/ already in the gym:
1) Consistency > Size of weight
2) Light weight builds the body, heavy weight builds strength ( i highly recommend light weight for bench press)
3) Focus on one part of the body each day/week
4) Squat more..Never leave the gym without doing squats/lunges ( laps & calves take time to build)
5) Gym is 20%... Food is 40%, rest 30% and stress level 10%.
6) Dont try to look like a bouncer in 2 months, you can still be gyming at 60.. Build your tolerance level..
7) Finally, for those who dont have fat, whey protein helps, but i prefer raw eggs( take at least 2 raw eggs after the day's session. You can add milk to the raw eggs to make it sweeter and more nutritious) ..

I stared at her for 3 more secs wondering how a 16year old geh would feel entitled to my money, to the extent of demanding for it. One other woman there was also observing us, and said 'give her a gift naaaa, are you not a man?' and I turned to give her the same cold stare I was filled with fury. There was a blind beggar who happened to pass at that moment, being led by a boy. I gave him the 500 in front of these ladies and said to them " that beggar is more important to me that you two".

The elderly woman went screeching but I didn't hear shiit,as I have already walked away from them.
How can these damn ladies just demand money and gifts from us like it's our duty and frown their faces while at it.
