Instead am basing my argument on what some govt officials said, which is that Sullivan handed over officially to Onyebuchi. Now, Onyebuchi has not come out to say its a lie, instead he even seems to be as good as Sullivan. The house is quiet about this, which also suggests tacit approval.
Of what use will it be to us if we start to raise dust over his absence if there is an official excuse for that? I would have been mad if things has gone bad, workers not paid, roads abandoned, security worsened, schools go on strike, all because he is not on seat. But so far, he seems to be on top, lets watch things first.

Even if he hands over officially, should there not be a time limit for his absense? Can he just hand over and go AWOL like that?
