I always love reading your posts, even though I may not agree with all but I'm quite sure I agree with bulk of your posts most time!


@post, I agree with you and the best way to move on especially if one is already married is to love yourself a great deal!

Anyone who truly and greatly love him/herself will find it easy to move on without feeling bad about the other person, there will not be any need begging for love from anyone because you're already full with self-love! And believe me, that's when the other person will realize that you can actually survive without him/her, by then, he will spontaneously learn how to show love!


However, it's somehow difficult for anyone who's dependent on the other person to find it easy moving on or loving oneself truthfully and greatly, therefore, it is advised that each and everyone be independent, especially ladies...... every lady should be self dependent, so that no man will think you can't survive without him!


Love should not be forced but flow freely!

Do you think it only ladies that beg for love ? Am in this situation presently and although have stopped calling or seeing her but still it very hard for me to move on, she is always on my mind and sometimes I would have picked my phone to dial her number but I just manage to shrug it off, may be it because am always alone and introverted. Can you imagine, someone is there making noise about failure to fix refineries within 2 yrs. The same refineries "which had had been fixed by the immediate past administration in 6 yrs"(?). On which medical trip was billions of dollars expended by the last administration resulting in huge depletion of our Foreign Reserve despite huge resources accrued from crude oil within same period? It is quite unfortunate that rather than focusing attention on criminals who looted this country dry, pigs are more interested in smearing an administration struggling against all odds to restore sanity into public expenditure. You will hear them saying they are aware of looting going on in this administration and when asked to mention few, they start singing their anthem, "N270m grass cutting" as if we don't have black sheeps even in families. Millions of dollars are being recovered (thanks to whistle blowing policy) and sons of dogs have nothing to say other than "another distraction" as if the most important subject of discussion at all time is Buhari's health despite the good job being done by his able vice. Or because the president is ill, all other government businesses should stop or what? For God's sake, assuming the grass cutting allegation is true, is same not uncovered in this administration? How many of the huge lootings perpetrated in the previous administration were uncovered then? How many were prosecuted? With the crop of idiots emerging as youths today, it will take more than a miracle to restore sanity in public governance/expenditures.

Spending your "idle money" any how does not show that you have the discipline to handle your finances in a "credit society" where people are enticed with credit cards. Why not put the money in an interest yielding account in a commercial bank?

There is no point doing this with you cause if you read my first comment on here you will see that i was only saying my own experience with people in diaspora, i wasnt complaining about her not helping cause i know when human being promised it zero chance they will do what they say , am only offering my plight and experience with the Ops topic and i never sound like she owe me the favor , it just like you are travelling to lagos where you dont have so many relatives but one and youve not been in lagos before, but that one relative who had been in lagos for so many years and knows a lot about lagos and she offer her help since you dont know much about how to go about lagos and you are inexperience, So now the question is would you rather go on your own with the processing even with the risk of been dupe or scam, where you know nothing about or stay with that your relative advice and instruction at least for the main time till you understand the system of lagos and be sure you can get by everyday there?

She will be doing you a great disservice by helping you get a visiting visa only for you to overstay and become an illegal resident.

Why not try the Canadian option and speak to her about assisting you with school fees or travel costs?

Didnt you read what i post earlier it 3yrs ago now(2013/14) not now and then i have a spouse then in the UK, thats why she even left cause she said if my aunt couldnt help me then how is she so sure am not a bad person and stuff and i even link them to each other my aunt reside in London while my spouse reside in Ashington Northumberland (where Newcastle Fc is) if you know there? but she told me that since my spouse is not working, that sh is depending on the Social Securities that it will be hard for her to file for me but i told her that if you or your daughters file for me and you get me a visitation visa then when i get there i will move to my spouse and from there we will get marry and apply for residential visa or stay but she just kept turning me up side and down nothing i say that can work in her own case and yet he took his boyfriend along to the UK without any problem but keep calling and given me stupid excuses that is not working

abi have learned my mistakes at least now that can never happen to me again.. if i had been doing my thing de go dat time i would have been in the Uk for the past 3 good years now wey i don even travel go Dubai and Ghana go disvirgin my passport that time but who would think my mom sister wont help her sisters son and i thought it was extra advantage for me since shes been there for d past 30yrs and already a citizen and even had two daughter there and they are all citizens ... To be honest it is not fashionable to be honest when dealing with our fellow Nigerians, especially if you live abroad. They start calling you enemy of progress.

I have actively discouraged Nigerians from coming to the West ANYHOW.

We know what we suffered back then. A close friend froze to death on the street, sleeping rough. It could have been me. Once money was exhausted, we had no place to sleep. His miserable death haunts me till today.

But when you tell people, they say "but you have made it now, you very fine now, it cannot be as bad as 9ja na, etc." I don't even know what "made it" mean in their imagination.

I always advice people to come as postgrad students, with enough money in their pockets. That way, even if they have to return home, the time wasn't wasted.

I have discouraged many social media "friends" from crossing Sahara desert with the help of a "sponsor" to Italy. Those who did not listen. They are paying off 30 to 50K Euros now doing prostitution. Some have been honest enough to say "I wish I listened to your advice".

Nobody is afraid of anyone. Many abroad just do not want others to make the mistake they made, either by abandoning their studies, travelling with anyhow documents, coming with tourist visa and overstaying, quitting a good job to travel abroad, etc.

An example: a cousin of mine worked for about 11 years in a first generation bank. He quit and came abroad. I just bumped into him one day. He jumped and hugged me. I did not recognise him right away, being tall & big guy now. He died here in diaspora a couple of years ago. He regretted his decision to travel abroad, despite having a wife and 3 kids here.

A friend also quit a first generation bank job to travel. He regretted it daily. He died of cancer here around 5 years back, leaving 4 kids behind.

Both lived abroad in regret, after quitting well paid jobs in 9ja. Those of us who left as teenagers took it more in our stride, after the difficult first few years.

People should be well informed before travelling. Not just anyhow, to any destination believing you can make huge money anywhere abroad.

We have ruined our name enough abroad: scam/faud, drug trafficking, prostitution, etc. Mostly due to unplanned travelling out.

i think that is common with all of them, i have an aunt(my moms immediate sister) in UK also shes been there for the past 30yrs and she had two kids there and live fine she is even a nurse in the UK have, 3yrs ago i was processing my travelling the to the Uk on my own jeje oo and unfortunately for me she came home and was spending money upadan and claiming the boss then my dad was still alive and shes close to.
So my dad so her that it even good that shes around that have been processing uk that may be she can help so she told my dad that no problem that she is going to help and after a week or two she left for the Uk and next i will saw was a call from my aunt that i should go to UK embassy in Lagos Island to make inquiries about what it will take me to get a visa (i was so surprise that this is coming from someone that had been coming in and out of Uk for the past 30yrs) but just to do what she asked i went there and i gave her the feedback(concerning invitation and sponsorer, account details and other things) about the invitation she said our two daughter can file that for me i was happy, but to my surprise she told me to wait for a while that i cant come now that it one party that us ruling and they have strict rule about immigrant and so on, but still promise to see what She can do and that she will get back to me, na so she take do till now. after have relaxed and had used the money i wanted to use for the processing for something else, so last 2yrs my dad died so my aunt started calling me again to sympathize with me and told me that she will fulfill the promise she made to my dad but up till now i still de naija, me wey don de jeje de process my things on my own i dont even first travel comot naija go disvirgin my passport na so she take shatter my dreams.... The Funnies Part She Can Call For Africa And Assure She Is Going To Help But Thats The End You Wont Hear Or See Anything Again... I know a lot of people who discourage people from moving abroad. Recently i had a chat with 1 of my friends, he's in Singapore, and i discussed with him about migrating abroad, and he was like "You can't make it abroad", "taxes are killing us here", "bills are too much here" etceteras. But the next minute, he's like "I have just built a student hostel off campus in FUTO", "I just wired 300k to my mum last week", "I wire 200k to my girlfriend in Nigeria every week for her make-up" etceteras.

Well, i have made up my mind to migrate out of this "hell" called Nigeria. I have filed in my papers, waiting for my permits. And the last thing that will happen to me is to get discouraged by any Nigerian in diaspora.

i think that is common with all of them, i have an aunt(my moms immediate sister) in UK also shes been there for the past 30yrs and she had two kids there and live fine she is even a nurse in the UK have, 3yrs ago i was processing my travelling the to the Uk on my own jeje oo and unfortunately for me she came home and was spending money upadan and claiming the boss then my dad was still alive and shes close to.
So my dad so her that it even good that shes around that have been processing uk that may be she can help so she told my dad that no problem that she is going to help and after a week or two she left for the Uk and next i will saw was a call from my aunt that i should go to UK embassy in Lagos Island to make inquiries about what it will take me to get a visa (i was so surprise that this is coming from someone that had been coming in and out of Uk for the past 30yrs) but just to do what she asked i went there and i gave her the feedback(concerning invitation and sponsorer, account details and other things) about the invitation she said our two daughter can file that for me i was happy, but to my surprise she told me to wait for a while that i cant come now that it one party that us ruling and they have strict rule about immigrant and so on, but still promise to see what She can do and that she will get back to me, na so she take do till now. after have relaxed and had used the money i wanted to use for the processing for something else, so last 2yrs my dad died so my aunt started calling me again to sympathize with me and told me that she will fulfill the promise she made to my dad but up till now i still de naija, me wey don de jeje de process my things on my own i dont even first travel comot naija go disvirgin my passport na so she take shatter my dreams.... The Funnies Part She Can Call For Africa And Assure She Is Going To Help But Thats The End You Wont Hear Or See Anything Again... May Be Them De Fear True True Say If You Come You Go Excel Pass Them And You Will Be Dragging BreadWinner With Them..
