Because the penalty that was awarded in the 1st leg was missed and it didn't change the outcome of the game. Madrid deserved to win no doubt, but the game was in Bayern's favor when the referee intervened with his decisions. Firstly the Vidal red card which wasn't even a foul, secondly the Ronaldo 2nd goal was offside by a meter. Madrid was the better team, but the game was still 50-50 till he tilted it in Madrid's favor. I'm not saying he did it on purpose, I don't believe in that. I know it was a honest mistake, but its sad when a team loses a match like that.
