The success of the program will depend on the sincerity of state governors.
They should emulate Osun state rather than waiting for government fund.
Osun state has been running this program uninterrupted for the past 6 years. The state has engaged farmers that produces all the products used in feeding the pupils.
It is highly less expensive in Osun to feed the pupils because of the wholistic planning of the state government
