If you have spare time on your side you can as well sign up in a fashion school to facilitate the learning process

Ok first let me answer the trouser questions

madam val,ps am hving issue with my trouser.hv cut it out done the joing but confused abt how to fix the zip and adjust the size bcoz its extremely big from knee downward.pls ma i need ur hlp

they type of trouser we did on the thread here was actually a simple one and so the zip is fixed the same way you fix a skirt zip.
also if it is big from the knee down just hold the side seams to get your perfect fit.


Snowwytee this is a very lovely dress..but are you on Facebook group...If yes please look out for the pictoral explanation there.its faster to upload pictures or diagrams there also so I don't hold the class here too.

In the picture above we made the students do a talk show .We made them project into the feature to see them selves as designers ,doing fashion shows all over the world. From Lagos to Paris, London fashion week, New York fashion show, Mercedes fashion week etc.

Still make believe o. Now they are called on to give an interview to tell us the audience (fellow students) what they have been up to lately .

It was so much fun and we all enjoyed it as if It were real. I was so trilled at the stuffs they came up with.

The good thing about this exercise is that it prepares the students for what's to come when they become designers.they may be called on at any time to give interviews so they would be ready for it. At valisimo fashion school we are more interested in developing not just sewing skills but brand management in our students.

When you stop seeing it as just a cut and sew business then the dream of becoming a popular designer will become a quick reality.

We are vacating today for the year.our general photo shoot is tomorrow 20th. The school will resume on the 5th of January. Here is saying thanks to all that did business with us this year.to all our students this year and to all our well wishers we say thank you for making our 2014 wonderful. May the grace of God be with us all as we celebrated the season.

Registration is on going for the coming year and our 25k discount offer is also still on and will close on the 5th of January. Congratulations to all that have paid and gotten the discount already.

for those planing to pay here is the details. Before now the fee used to be 85k for 3months, 140k for 6 months but for the discount price which applies from now till the 5th of January you get to pay 60k for 3months and 115k for 6 months yes that's so cool.

I actually find dis off-shoulder cut difficult, I don't think I can get it right till I see someone making it in ma presence.

I don't know if anyone can remember dis project from b4 the NL crash. I actually just made mine and I made a skirt wit it, I wanted to make 6 pieces buh had to make do with the other type of 6pieces( can't rem the name) due to insufficient material. I had just 2yards. Hummmm yes am so sorry for the break.the festive rush was on us at valisimo fashions so I just had to stay off to monitor things.now that am back we will complete the project by God's grace.hope u all had a wonderful rest during the holidays.

Like it's our culture on this thread you are expected to post pictures of the fabric or fabrics you intend using for the project .so to cheries I say thanks for posting yours to others please don't just follow by reading post pictures of yours too so that even when I am not here the thread will not totally stop .
