If you are well qualified for the multinational jobs ,you will be employed nah.
It doesn't matter whether headquarters dey Lagos or Kaduna.
Most Niger deltans don't value education,except for the few exposed ones.....if they are well schooled forget na Una go gt most of d jobs....

The problem wit u guyz is aside being lazy which is an open secret , in ur deluded minds u think working wit diz multinationals is ur birthright ....During my undergraduate studies virtually 95% of evry student frm the Niger delta is either studying petroleum eng, chem eng , oil & gas engineering, etc...juz anytin related 2 petroleum wit d sence of entitlement of an automatic employment since dey have crude oil in dia "backyard".

My frnd let diz sink into ur thick skull.....Oil companies reserve d right 2 work wit any Nigerian dey deem fit irrespective of tribe or region, though communities where dey operate can hav som slot based on initial agreements.

Thats a complete lie. Niger Deltans get all the jobs but resell them to other Nigerians willing to work. They prefer selling to Yoruba than Igbo but Igbos offer better amount and conditions. The problem of Niger Delta (especially pure Ijaw found in Delta and Bayelsa) is that belief of reaping without sweat.
