This is yet another case of systemic failure in this country. It was sheer madness to stop issuing the old license plates when the new ones weren't yet available. I've had to park my new car at home for the past one month because I couldn't get to register it.

That's my Desire baby, I've been using it since July n that phone is just awesome. Yeah, you need that advanced task killer, it'd save your battery. My fave app has got to be Fake-Call Me. You can set the phone to ring at a particular time, n whoever you're with thinks your phone is actually ringing. It's got me out of 1 or 2 sticky situations. I need to replace the subject parts on my Lexus ES 300 '95 model, and took it to a decent garage, somewhere in Ikeja, Lagos for cost estimates. I was shocked to learn that these parts would cost about N117,000.

Isn't it a tad over-priced?

I'd also appreciate suggestions of other 'decent' workshops I could check out for repairs and stuff.
