I know Ted Moss quite well. He’s not in the Obama administration. He was one of the r[b]elatively junior officials in the State Department[/b] under the Bush administration and was known in the last few days of the Bush administration to be very anti-Nigeria. He said a lot of things even at that time that couldn’t be sustained by evidence. He did a lot to create problems which we tried to avoid.The arrogance of Nigerians is quite impressive |

Seems that people dont really know that obliged can be used in different ways. When I used obliged, I didn't mean required- but compelled to go. The US letter, as I suggested earlier is heavy in language and sweet politeness, something that is really sketchy. |
