Okay, sure it wouldn't be lost because it's not being developed and still far from developing?
you can invest in crop that would only demand for farm maintainance and little attention other than you full attention. eg - plantain and banana etc.
it's an opportunity else you won't account for that money with the current state of things.

I want to buy, I don't have much money. If you know how much I have, you may advise I don't buy.

What should I do?

Considering the amount I have, the location of the land may be years away from developing.

Will it be still secure up till that time?

What should I do
even at that the land might keep generating income pending development.
it would still serve a purpose till then like invest on it agric wise.

........ ...... ......... "The union has rejected inclusion in IPPIS since February 2014, arguing that the councils of federal universities were the direct employers of academic staff rather than the Federal Government, and that the system did not account for the peculiarities of universities."
very dumb and lame excuse for the so called learned and intelligent fellows. they have never come out to fight against the archaic scheme and course outline they've being using.
I can't just imagine, who owns the council of federal universities? is the same not an agency of the federal government established and empowered to monitor and regulate their activities?
the lecturers are a disgrace to their families, academic community and the nation at large, with this line of argument. if we keep having this empty skull teaching in our citadel of learning then we should expect more half baked or unbaked graduate being turned out into the system daily.

that is the madness var is bringing into football.
if the ref has disallowed the goal on his own volition it is preferred to the nasty var that can't make a clear judgement.
var is to check the human imperfection but it has turned out to be over perfect doing more than it is sent to do.
soon var would incur fans wrath and fizzle out I believe.

I agree sir... But, VAR is merely working along the imputed guidelines of FIFA.
I do understand, FIFA has being able to soil the name of the beautiful game with corruption. why now introduce technology to spoil it the more?
tech has not been and is not yet being able to save our planes, cars and shops from crashing, wrecking or sinking so why do think ridding football of human imperfection would beautify the game?
