gypsey:you just got it all wrong. don't be on the defensive but try remain broad here. you are just one of the few good people we have around if all you said is real. I'm beneficiary of good landlord, I won't deny that. likewise there are devilish tenants. so I'm not denying that on both ends. I only based myself on the current topic. I have the case of three co-tenants that moved out of the compound I stay, they occupied the same apartment successively after each other. all three are still owing rents for that same apartment, even the last two moved into there own accommodation. I do understand your angle of view but the issue at hand is the wicked landlords. mind you if my opinion is giving consideration it will some days come around if I at all venture into property business or real estate like they call it. the law shouldn't be about the landlords alone but even tenant that intentionally wrecks people property should bag jail term (within 6 - 12 months) with possible fines and repar. I beg o, I no be landlord hater o, even if I never build one my parents them try. I am a beneficiary of good landlord so I know. I just believe the callous one which are more than the good ones like you must be put in check and the useless tenants also must sure enjoy the fruit of their evil labour. this would favour everyone, while no house owner would incur loses also no tenant would face undue pressure. |
Hoephase:I thought as much, I was of the opinion their should be a mechanism in place to handle this demons in human flesh called landlords. mare house owner forming landlady what if she run an estate or chains of it. I believe since that house notorious for such the local authorities should be involved. local government should tag such building non-abitable hence no one would go close let alone moving in as a tenant. we have a system in place to check all this menace in our society. as soon a landlord becomes notorious then inhabiting his all by himself and maybe his family if there is any should be the next thing. I believe this kind of law and power from government would check them (landlords and landladies). |
daddytime:no architect and surveyor. |
ranmoor:that is it the push factor. no matter the part, ahead is a glorious destination. some many takes comfort in suffering enriching other, while their comfort zone is lying fallow in waiting. no how dem won do ham you don turn land. my brother congratulations, this is mission accomplished already. |
Wickedtruths:how do you mean he fooled himself? |
those fans knows it quite well they not sincere. |
fernandez1:.......... |
those birds are looking beautiful though but bears the STINGS of DEATH. |
9PBLIVE:the same reason Nigerians and other Africans won't migrate legally. I thought Africans and Nigerians are worse for this migration thing but is making clearer and broader scope open. |
VulgarLee:sorry about that. you are welcome back. but this time try be a good citizen to avoid those rodent police on the forum. sure I won't be banned. |
......... |
Badonasty:my bro only few would reason the way you've done. I do understand you but the truth is the youth are now worse for it. check well, you'll realize the youth are more criminally inclined than any other even a larger percentage of the youth believe and enjoy this nuisance going on. many of the youth don't pray for it to end with the way they sing praise of the thieves. it's not just #siddonlook but we youth being happy seeing things go wrong we come online condemning politicians but end up returning to praise them like (dino has just bought a new *range and curlina* |
Badonasty:bro you too provoke o. can't stop laughing, but what would one do when all this criminals blackball and blackmail the consumers before the government hence hoodwink the to believing their move is the best and right move. |
comradewanle:there no curse on this country the only thing is we the citizens just chose to be evil then turn around to curse the land when the repercussions of our evil way starts yielding it fruit for us the feed on. |
Kingpinukecy:drive home your point. |
gensteejay:what were you..............? before you found your true calling. --- stupidity. |
........ the more reason I don't support any agitation by this useless things so called governors. resource control mention it, I would never be in their support they would only amass the state resources and power to their advantage likewise for vendetta. even if that property is illegal and on government property, is demolition the best way out? that property should be seized then convert to public use. that facility should be put for orphanage, elderly or senior citizen home. a good number of elderly citizens are homeless, numbers of kids roam the streets without a place to lay their head. this state governors are the real challenge betiding Nigeria. |
EastGold:........ |
dukie25:the allocation is not the reason for the fear. though that man earlier might be arrogant in his way presenting it. I for one, I'm from the southwest but still I don't wish for Nigeria to disintegrate, just for our uniqueness but our leaders are not helping us. we the foolish followers are equally busy disintegrating ourselves while the political class knows no tribe, ethnic or religion but we hungry ones are ones forming tribe, ethnic and religion. |
Taciturn1:if they are failing us it would be good but truth is it is worse than failing. they are out to destroy not just the economy but even we the citizens. they await when their families and their likes would roam the streets kwashiorkor looking like creature. when it was said that "The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy:" this where the thieves that was being referred to. |
Taciturn1:yeah, those two did well but immediately after sanusi the rest are anti consumers and financial demons. soon as sanusi stepped down from being the CBN governor and the inter bank debit card usage likewise card maintainance charges was reintroduced, I learnt there was jubilation across banking halls just for the reap off the banking idiot would profit from. |
SugarMuffin:he is an established player as such much is expected of him but one thing is I still believe in time. CR7 in his earlier days at united was so much disliked by this same me, messi was just it. a friend of mine that was a united fan would tell "make unna give the guy time him go improve." today CR7 is more than improved but a world class to beat and brand of its own. the difference is hazard is already established but CR7 wasn't an established footballer then. what could make me dump messi for CR7 I believe Hazard still has a couple of time on his side. |
........ they've being clamouring for the opportunity, let them prove it right. |
Excuzeme:I tend to have leant one thing the head would always receive the shell but I noticed the policy makers are more of an headache than the head. during gej tenure this was the same way okonjo drove gej with deadly policy till he (gej) became infamous before the citizens and electorate. I suspect her falling out of favour with obj for her unfriendly policies. some people are selling out this policies to them for implementation they are Nigerians not aliens or foreigners. one of the reasons adeosun was frustrated out, for they couldn't reach boss easily. in all sector wrong policies wrong implementation everywhere, education, agriculture, commerce, etc. it all tiring. |
Taciturn1:this is it when you use a bank CEO to head your apex bank order than an economist. emefiele is a banker an active bank CEO before coming to head the CBN, what do you ed expect? remember the days of Charles Soludo with the reforms and policies to the banking sector. the more we use a core banker to head the CBN the the more the citizens would suffer for it, they go into the CBN to implement the bidding and mandate of the commercial bank being a member. |
............. !? |
Kingpinukecy:that is practically dehumanizing, you don't take a human dignity and and right away from him. there are better ways to prevent malpractice than this dehumanizing manner. |
........ as much as I don't identify with anything or everything bobrisky represents that man went out of his way. his life his choice, his choice his life. the dude was practically wrong on all fronts, so apologising was just it. if he had apologize this whole story won't be where it is now. every Nigerian is just out to oppress the other the real picture of our degradation. with little affluence a Nigerian would turn a demi god. |
#RESPECT to them all. But where is our own 'Dodo Mayana'?! The indomie generation will not know this name tho..... The list is incomplete without him He was one of the best in his era! True that! Another Great Keeper from Africa. Infact , this is a rubbish list! OP, don't be lazy with your research next time. Peace out!
you said it all. when noodles generation are at work it's easy to know. say way they go arguing "messi and Rolando to be the greatest of all time." |
youngest85:this are the mummies. sure this is not the mummies return. |
