Thank you for this. However, why is it only CONPSS? What about other agencies that aren't under CONPSS? For instance, what about agencies where entry-level employees earn around 380k for level 8? any increments for them

Guys, please help me understand this. If the federal government increases the minimum wage, what happens to those who are already earning above the minimum wage? What about those who are earning like N300k+? Is their salary going to be increased too?

Guys, is this increment include agencies like EFCC, ICPC and NFIU.

If u rely on allowance n Salary + cool nature, NCC is better. But if it for outside runs dat one is good at, EFCC is better.

Besides, EFCC salary is consolidated.
Na just you and your salary. No upfront.

Wrong my brother; EFCC is one of the best agencies to work in this country. Their DI’s (that is SSCE holders level) earn over 250k monthly, I’m speaking with fact, their allowance is mad! I can’t even compare NCC with EFCC with the knowledge I have about both agencies.

NCC is just overhyped, I have friends who work their and I know how they complain, some of them even leave for NIMASA, EFCC etc.

The only advantage that NCC has over EFCC is lesser risk. NCC has lesser or no risk as against EFCC, on the other hand, EFCC welfare package is far better and the chow chow there is too much, they are exposed to so many generational wealth making opportunities for those that want to compromise, (which is very wrong to) however, the bad eggs amongst them still get entangled in shady deals, so just forget it.

Imagine an ex-governor giving a director N5billion to avert probing of 50bn that he stole, those are the kind of possible activities you’ll see there. I know this act is wrong and totally unacceptable, no staff of the commission should be found guilty of such if we want to truly eradicate corruption and make Nigeria a great nation.

This New chairman Olukoyede has instructed all senior staff from level 17 downwards to declare their assets, this is very good, to weed out the bad eggs amongst them, he also promised to increase their welfare package, to deter them from compromising .

Overall, EFCC is better than NCC.

After IPPIS, there is always enrollment slip, they will just migrate him to new agency, but all of us here are talking about big salary, did he know the working condition of the new office compare to old one?
Some agencies has poor salary but With beter working condition, you will have time for yourself and be doing side hustling.

The new agency has a better working conditions and international training.

So now he just has to submit the enrollment slip?
Cuz he was captured this month and he don’t have Ippis number yet.

Guys please I have a question
My friend got a job in March and he did IPPIS capturing this month. The salary is 145k.

He got another job this week with a better salary and the IPPIS capturing was scheduled to take place next week.

The question is that how can he do another IPPIS capturing without the IPPIS number? , because he was already captured this month, but they didn’t give them their ippis number.
