Sunnypa11:
Breaking: TSTV To Supply Dealers Decoder/Dish at N4000,N4,400,Want More Dealers for Northern Nigeria
Following my Journey to TSTV head office in Abuja on Tuesday 3rd of October 2016,With the spirit of journalism,i was able to gather some vital information despite going there for personal purpose.
Telcom Satellites Ltd owners of “TStv Africa” are here to stay after the October 1st official unveiling and launch of TStv Africa held at Sheraton Hotel and Towers (Ladi Kwali Hall) with dignitaries like Alhaji Lai Mohammed the Honorable Minister of Information was present.
Anxious and Excited Nigerians should Note the following:
● TSTV Decoders and Dish won't be available until TSTV finish the accreditation of Dealers into all the 36 States and the Federal Capital Territory because they want their first products to touch every part the country and they are currently facing shortage of Dealers in some Northern states like Sokoto and Borno.
●The products will be distributed at once and it will likely happen by the end of the week or next week as they are yet to sell to anyone unlike the reports by some suspected scammers.
■ How it will be distributed:
SUPER DEALER ▷ SUB DEALER ▷ RETAILER ▷ HOME/OFFICE/HOTEL
● Super Dealer: The Super Dealer is the person or an entity that will request for the decoders in larger quantities from 3000 minimum and at the price rate of N4000 each.
The minimum accredited Super dealers per every state will be three (3) and the maximum of four (4).
● Sub Dealer: The Sub dealer is someone like the Super Dealer but with appetite for 1000 decoders/dish to 2999 decoders/dish and could request for them from TSTV or a Super Dealer at the price rate of N4,400.
Note: Super Dealers and Sub Dealers were instructed to fill a form online which included requests for them to upload the pictures of their Warehouse or stores with the scanned copies of some of their legal documents.
●Retailer : A retailer is someone with appetite for decoders/Dish not more than 999 at the price rate of N4,600.
The retailers were instructed to sell the Decoder/Dish at N5000, Anybody charging people for more should be reported to tstvafrica.com or on any of the social media platforms.
While you can only bargain the installation price.
Your's truly watched La Liga highlights on Bein Sports HD 3 for some hours inside their reception and i noticed that the commentaries were in Arabic.
Their Engineers are still working and they were incredibly organized and Customer friendly.

This op can lie
Which match did you watch (live or reply)
Everybody knows bein 1-10 is arabic/French but 11-15 or 13 as the case may be is English

Why are you peddling lies? Is it possible for them to supply to all the dealers before people in Lagos and Abuja that are close to them will start watching (the truth is they are not ready and they are rushing it, I just hope they will take slow and steady so that they will not fumble sha)
Ask any body that knows satellite, none of their channel is currently working at 3°W as of now, I believe they will need more than 2 weeks to incorporate and air all the 70 channels plus the streaming
TV/MoviesDstv Promo by senier007(op): 10:24pm On Oct 02, 2017
This evening dstv Nigeria, have decided to slash the price of decoder and the dish set plus 3 month free on compact, by tomorrow everything will be in the open

Competition is good, they are selling their decoders to their dealers less than 5k with 3month free subscription on compact bouquet

TStv is one of the best thing to happen to the pay tv this year

The competition will be very tensed, dstv has the cash and the content and their calculation is, TSTV will not survive more than 3 month hence the 3 free month just to gag the new commer, and very soon they will head to court and report tstv for transmitting an illegal transmission from the phillipines (ABS3) and bein may decide to ask abs to stop transmitting it channel to 3rd party outside MENA (Middle East and North africa), but tstv or abs /bein can decide to use Europe law that allows a Nigerian or an American to transmit any programme through internet but not satellite ( that's why CTL were allowed to transmit in South south, Neil gobe in Abj)
DStv may also decide to allow user to use internet (though they have stopped using the device long time ago) they may decide to resuscitate to keep up with their more 8mill customers
TV/MoviesBeware…terms And Conditions You May NOT Know About TSTV by senier007(op): 4:06pm On Oct 02, 2017
A new pay TV service TVST is in town, after launching yesterday, 1st October. Lots of people are already excited on everything about TSTV.

Meanwhile, there are lots of speculations going on how TSTV services would be delivered and particularly many people out there don’t really understand the nature of services that TSTV promises and hence the wrong information been spread across.

Read: FG grants tax reliefs to TStv Africa

Below are the 6 things you should know about TSTV before making purchases;

1. The N5000 for TSTV initial purchase includes a decoder, a dish and a remote control but excludes any installation service charge.

2. TSTV Pay AS You Go pause service i.e. the ability to pause your subscription when not in use would be available to those that would go for the maximum subscription which is the monthly N3,000 package and you would only be able to pause subscription not more than 7 days, thereby allowing you 37 days at most for your monthly subscription. So don’t expect to use your 1 month subscription from January to December in the name of pausing or expect to user 1 day N200 subscription for 1 month.

3. The first time you buy the decoder is the only time you would be able to enjoy up to 20GB of data as bonus, for subsequent full monthly subscription comes with 10GB of data and not 20GB as some of you might be thinking.

4. TSTV has incorporated its subscription service payments into Quickteller the popular E-payment service in the country and just like DSTV, you would also be able to easily pay for your TSTV subscriptions through Quickteller.

5. You would be able to buy extra 1GB data or above from TSTV at the cost of N300 for 1GB

6. TSTV data allocation has nothing to do with watching of TVST channels but just a separate and additional offer to the entire TSTV concept or better still what you commonly regard as Value Added Service (VAS)

Also: TSTV’s Pay-Per-View offer: Emotional marketing or sustainable innovation?

Finally, TSTV having launched, its decoder would be available from next week.

Nbote:
OP U are exactly what's wrong with dis country. Calling u a goat would actually b an insult on goats. How is TSTV MMM?? Wen u pay for a decoder will u wait for month end to pick it up or to start using it?? Even if ppl buy and enjoy it for one month have dey not enjoyed value for their money for once ?? I don't need to ask if u are a paid DsTv agent or not if not how and why did u go digging for something negative on a first of its kind Nigerian brand if not to ridicule it or pull it down. And to d EFCC case u brought up, how come u didn't bring up his conviction instead of his arraignment? I want to assume u know d meaning of both words. Let us assume he actually stole/defrauded money and now wants to invest to d benefit of Nigerians and rescue dem from d clutches of d thiefing DStv what exactly is wrong in dat?
I don't eat goat and I don't live with people that eat goat, but I can tell you something, some people like you always equate human with animals just to distract people from the real issue, I think you are one of those people that are wrong with this country, you feel your opinion is the final and nobody should have second opinion! And you see nothing wrong to issue a dud chaque for more than two years, and you see nothing wrong with a man heading an organization with past bad record? Are We all that crook that we feel it's OK not to ask question about our past? Since you are more knowledgeable and more human than me why not present us with either the conviction or otherwise? Why resort to abuse when you can just make a healthy positive response with evidence? I love the guy gut for thinking of such initiative but emotions doesn't help in keeping an organization, integrity and focus and constantly planning is the answer, if you fail an integrity tests then the rest is 50% or even 0%,, you feel it's OK if you used the decoder for just a month and it went offline? God of mercy

TV/MoviesLike MMM Like TSTV, Owner Arraigned Last Year By EFCC by senier007(op): 8:41am On Oct 02, 2017
In my last post I try to draw people attention to the fact that TStv is behaving like MMM, well some people didn't take it lightly, some even went far to accuse me of being a " dstv agent" don't even know what that means, I hate dstv with passion but I also like to share my fear with my fellow country men, I made people to understand nobody will see their decoder until after 2 weeks from the official lunch, and again I try to tell people not to get their hopes high cuz the company doesn't even have or manage their own social media just to show you how unready they were then,
Thank God yesterday there was a sight of relief after the official lunch with big wig present, well, it was a nice programme but before you say 'piiiin' people have started complaining about the lack of decoder and failed promises, just like MMM they started well, the first set of people enjoyed the the scam to a point of inviting other people, what we fail to understand then was, the promoters of the scam were prosecuted in other countries and the promoter here in Nigeria was a pastor that was struggling few years ago but before you know they became rich over night,
I believe TSTV is heading the same way or showing some tendency to head in that direction, the owner of TStv has integrity issue, he was arraigned by EFCC in 2016 for a crime he committed in 2014!? His crime? He issued a dud chaque in 2014 and refuse to settle the man until the man reported the issue to efcc,
Why am I bothered about dud chaque? It is expected that more than millions of Nigerian will buy the said decoder and the issue here is continuity, someone that couldn't fulfilled his obligation of few millions for more than 2 years, can he be able to fulfilled obligations to millions of people?
Solution: nobody wants this project to fail hence the positive criticism, I think, despite the fact that it's a private investment the government has a duty to investigate all this issue and tell Nigerians the truth so that any one that is buying his product will have all the available information at their disposal, so that nobody will shout scam afterwards

You are just posting trash up and down. I believe you are a DStv agent. Is it TStv's fault if someone decides to repost whatever they post? The Cyber Cafe page is probably a prospective TStv Dealer page.

For instance, if I intend to be a TStv Dealer, I would do same.

First of all, there is no way you can have access to a product that has not been launched yet. If not, what's the point of launching a product that is already available to the public? Let me ask you, Have you ever had access to a Samsung, iPhone or even Tecno device that hasn't formerly been launched?

Secondly, that page is not TStv official Facebook page. The one below is.
I want you to check the two pages viz the official and the Cafe page and tell me if there is any similarities or not, the official page you just shown me is managed by the Cafe ( check what the Cafe man wrote and the official tstv handle : any similarity?

In as much as I like the idea of buy nija to grow naija, I must admit somethings aren't adding up with tstv 1st Oct lunch
First, the company seems to be either in a rush or have [no structural organization, they have two head office address one in Abj the other one in Lagos (ikeja),
Out of curiosity I call the head office to inquire about their readiness and also to more about the whole issue directly from them, I was told the 1st Oct lunch is only for 3 states: namely, Abuja, Lagos and ph
, and the rest will get the service and the decoder in 14 days after the official lunch,
I asked them whether I can get the decoder on that lunching day which is just two days away, I was shocked when the man told me No that the decoders are not ready until after the lunch,

I went ahead to check from their social media, I was surprise when I learnt that the Facebook page is managed by a cyber Cafe not TStv head office,
The cyber Cafe is located in Ikorodu
( check the pix below to see evidence), this is the first time a company handle is being manage by a cyber Cafe.

My point, a company that is just few days away from important lunch suppose to have everything on ground before time, a corporate office suppose to handle media handle of this organizations not somebody working in a Cafe, upto now nobody has seen the decoder or even test run the decoder.

I hope they will prove me wrong so that all of us will once again be free from the shackle of exploitation.
