What about relocating to other saner countries she will definitely be welcomed warmly because of her status? The girl is just foolishly obsessed with SA.
She should relocate to US or Canada like Elon must and them. Her case will definitely be approved.

.. even if she wins the case in court and continuing staying in south Africa..she will not be safe.
They can eliminate her
She is safer in the republic of the Western cape where she currently resides.

Any where else is a danger.

What exactly is wrong with this girl? undecided

Is SA the only country on earth?

I wonder how she would feel comfortable with enemies around her.
If you were born and grew up in England your whole entire life wouldn't you be oriented towards that country.

Some people just like to talk.

south africa is not like Nigeria where records are bad. If she cannot prove that she was born in SA and with her mother circumstances of fake identity. Then SA can legally deport her. What kind of name is chidinma adetsina too . Keep whining
I don't think there is a dispute currently with her place of birth and as far as her name is concerned you should also be asking what kind of name is Segun Arinze?

South Africa does not do birthright citizenship baba, this girl is not and will NEVER be a South African. And why should a fraudster be rewarded a citizenship?

And as for "there's nothing anyone can do about it" ...I don't know about that,I really don't know.prior to 30th of June that was the tune and attitude of most illegal aliens, little did they know reality is about to hit different. All that tough talk changed drastically.
Jace Jace Jace.

You must read your immigration law very well. This is why we leave such matters to expert immigration lawyers to handle and not uneducated South Africans who are just reading their constitution for the first time.

If its a cut and dry case, She would have been gone by now.

I wonder what her lawyers are arguing are the grounds for her stay in SA.

Hmmmmm?
Foreign AffairsRe: SA Accuses Ghana, Nigeria Of Spreading False News To Isolate It - VIDEO by seppuku: 2:39pm On Jul 16
LegonHills:
What is your issue with the way Ghana is run? You want to tell Ghanaians how to run their government? Is the current South African governmnet better than the current governmnet in Ghana? It is a shame that South Africa is going down but people like you can't see it. Your economy is not growing, your officials are corrupt. very corrupt and you are talking abou croynism and nepotism in Ghana? grin

Mahama giving the gold mine to his brother is better than giving it to a south African company.
Their best friends the Ghanaians have turned against them. They were using them to spite "Nigerians" not knowing that everyone's see's them the same.

Now Ghana is the one ruining their reputation.

SMH.

Chai!, I thought they were best friends with the Ghanaians?

How the tables have turned so quickly and ofcourse it's never their fault. Its the Ghanaians trying to isolate them from the rest of Africa.

Yep. You cannot defend for almost 30 mins and not expect a goal to go in.

I was supporting England but they do not deserve the win. Argetina's attack far more superior.

Yes, dead sure! now sue me.. you think some random white woman would just troop to Nigeria to deliver drugs in Nigeria without Nigerian involvement?
Circumstantial. Maybe she was asked by a Mexican to transport it to an Afrikaner that does business with a Nigerian drug baron in Nigeria. Who knows?

Same circumstance sorry "sureness" as when 2 Mozambican foreigners. "mysteriously" get killed in a township full of migrants right when an Afrophobic riot is taking place and the South Africans say we must wait for investigations to be completed to conclude anything.

Of course she is. The circumstantial evidence provided by the special Africans cannot be disputed.

Meanwhile we are still waiting for a conclusion to the investigations of those Mozambicans that died in Mossel bay.

As for the drug dens statements, Kubayi is indeed sugarcoating it - everyone in SA including Nigerians know what's up with Nigerians and shady business.
Then cease diplomatic ties with Nigerians and stop issuing them visas?
Foreign AffairsRe: SA Minister Tells Nigerian Journo To Show Respect During Media Briefing - VIDEO by seppuku:
RandDigital:
No, Minister Kubayi addressed the issue of Minister Ntshavheni in detail. But your journalist proceeded to attempt to run the show.

KUBAYI'S RESPONSE TO DRUG DENS STATEMENT

"The Minister is not going to issue an apology because sitting here as the chair of the Inter-ministerial Committee, I have listened to her, and we can debate, we can argue that the South African minister has done something wrong. The appropriate channel is for that to be done through Dirco, through the diplomatic channels, and that shall be responded within those channels.

"I do not think it's appropriate for a confrontation at this point. Minister Ntshavheni never said all Nigerians are drug dealers in the statement. Never. There's nowhere were she says that.

"She spoke about drug dens, and my explanation is that if you listen to the marchers, you listen to the South Africans. That's what they have given us as feedback to say, ministers, please, go to Hillbrow, go to Sunnyside. We do have this challenge of drug dens that are there. It is South Africans who are saying to us some of them are run by Nigerians, and Minister Ntshavheni was explaining the feedback that we have received from South Africans.

"Not that it is the belief that Nigerians, all Nigerians that are here, are drug dealing. That's not what she said, and I don't think a demand for an apology from her is warranted, nor is it appropriate. Thank you."
At what point was the journalist out of line. She is a journalist and will push and prick. That's her job. I have seen several foreign journalists do this in South Africa and were not lectured?

Lastly Minister Kubayi is covering up for the other Minister's insensitive and uncalled for statement by stating that what she was implying was the concerns of everyday South Africans concerning drug dealing issues in the country. What has responding to a request for compensation have to do with the issue of drug dealers if not to throw jabs because the "Nigerians" were audacious enough to ask for compensation?

Even if she did not "expressively" state all Nigerians were drug dealers, it is definitely "implied" in that statement.

Any intelligent person can easily discern that.

South Africa's Minister of Justice, Mmamoloko Kubayi, called on a Nigerian journalist to refrain from being disruptive in a media briefing on Sunday.

The interaction happened during a question and answer session at a Inter-Ministerial Committee on Migration (IMC) briefing.

The journalist called for Minister in the Presidency Khumbudzo Ntshavheni to apologise for rejecting Nigeria's demands to compensate citizens who fled protests against undocumented migrants in South Africa.

Ntshavheni also asked the Nigierian government to identify "drug dens" in South Africa so that the state could "clean up" the country.

"We are going to appreciate to be told where the drug dens are," Ntshaveni said.

Kubayi said Ntshavehni doesn’t need to issue any apology. The journalist continued to interrupt Kubayi.

KUBAYI REPRIMANDS THE JOURNALIST

"I am going to appeal to you to respect me as a Minister of the Republic of South Africa," Kubayi said to the journalist.

"How we conduct our media briefings is that we open the round, everybody asks, then answers. Please don't be disruptive to our media briefing. There is procedure that the chair does. No, no, no. They will call for the hand when I'm done."

"Please, you are here to interact with us, please. We are appealing to you. So, the chair of the session will call another round of questions, where you can take your more questions. We are currently answering. Now, when you disrupt us while we are answering your question, it's not helpful at all."

During the reprimand a security official approaches the journalist. Following their interaction the journalist appears rattled and sits to listen to the Minister's briefing.
The whole posture of the South Africans minister is saying basically, what can you do to us. The journalist addressed the inciting statement made by a minister about " showing us drug dens" and the response from the minister was "behave" yourself when you ask questions.

Nigerians should read the room when it comes to South Africans. They do not like you rich or poor, drug dealer or doctor, polite or rude, hospitable or aggressive.

It is time to cut diplomatic ties and beyond. Let us all go our separate ways and ignore each other when we come across ourselves.

The ndlea established that her husband name is Jan coenraad de jagar which is clearly not a nigerian name but yet you want to argue and make sure her husband is nigerian that's linked to a particular ethnic group in nigeria. The last time we checked the man u are supporting has been well internationally recognised as a drug trafficker yet u have absolutely no shame to support and campaign for him. No one is even bothering to use that to blackmail the whole yoruba tribe as drug traffickers pls try and have some sense and some shame abeg.
Once they hear drugs a Nigerian must be connected to it.

It is impossible for any of them to be involved in any such crimes. They are "special" Africans.

They think other Africans are their enemies meanwhile Orania or whatever is under their noses with it's own currency(ORA) and rules...a place where these xeno black South Africans dear not approach or they"ll be shot on sight.

Then you'll see them mocking Nigerians...what a joke.
A South African cannot mention one crime that Nigerians commit that their people are not guilty of.

Make the person wey talk say I dey lie, cast the first stone.
