The Democrats are likely going to concentrate more on domestic issues if they want to stay in power and give their candidates a chance so issues like AGOA will be on the bottom of the list to things to pay close attention too so you might be looking at being in an unfavorable condition for a good period of time seeing that the a Democratic government might not want to mess with you for a good period of time.
