kay29000:and he got skinnier as he aged as if he wasn't eaten at all |
No comment self. anyway let me book space as the first to comment. Nice write op. This is the bitter truth most ladies and guys inclusive need to accept in this day and age in a world filled with all manner of promiscuity. selah |
nah. op you didn't factor in the skin disease called vitiligo he had, he would surely had look more brighter than that. may be totally white self due to that skin disease. |
Good news of honest behavior displayed by Nigerians across the Atlantic always thrills me. keep it up brother kunle. Am inspired |
Congratulations, |
my gotv is just cracking like a really spoilt CD |
77FOT:you are welcome big brother. |
tallar:I love this advice. op take this advice too |
Noloss:that's true most people that works for the federal government don't earn that but they built houses and had investments. my dad in particular. he was paid half of what op earns and he built many houses. |
Bros I must commend the fact that you now realise that you have a big problem at hand. 400k is a good salary for investment and living comfortably. But think of what will happen to you now if without warning you are relieved of your job. 1. pls cut down as fast as you can the 250k you give your wife, and follow the advice of those above me that says you should chauffeur your wife to village market to get good bargains. my dad did transport my mum to distant markets and it was very advantageous financially, people say give her 180, me I say give her 150k. you should settle your debt on your land as quick as possible. 2 download any personal finance app that can guide you in how you can track your daily and monthly expenses. I use it and its helpful. 3. start reading books about money management it will be of tremendous benefit I don't normally do this but I will recommend rich dad poor dad for you, it will help you from preventing your finances from careening off the cliff 4. make it a point of duty to gradually cut down on your wants and prioritise family needs. savings and investment must be 40 percent of your income. live on the rest heaven will not fall. learn big brother learn. I wish you good luck brother 5. Learn to say NO to all demands from people that comes cap in hand begging for money. explain to them that you have a project that's consuming much of your income. |
Good development |
I was returning from a journey I embarked on some years ago, and the vehicle stop at lokoja, so i decided to splurge on some delicious delicacy, so I entered one of those good eateries and not longer after being served a man older than me came over and said he needed transport fare, and told some stories. I just didnt say anything I just observed him. Good clothes, expensive wristwatch amongst. well i just told him to go and sell his timepiece. |
MrTolu:not salary but through stocks he owned in the firm |
Stay away from drugs, stay away from betting , stay away from fornication, stay away from bad influence, learn a skill you are passionate about, and be a law abiding citizen. |
Try am for naija na DSS go pick u up put you for cell till God knows when that is if them no flog u commot for road self. I remember for naija the road is usually blocked for an hour before presido passes |
when next another person comes to borrow from u. give him or her the list of people owing u and the amount, tell them that whenever any of them pays back you will loan them. it works for me. Be wise next time with your little funds. people are not smiling and the town is dry. |
That's why anytime I see any celebrity in the airport or anywhere I just respect my self. I will just look at them and that's enough. I can only go as far as waving at them which only happened when I waved at emeka ike |
I guess you saw it in dunamis church. I saw it there though didn't ask question |

how did I know? I came back from work one day , the house was so lonely i was so tired and I had to prepare meals and do other things which I found so difficult to do because I arrived so late. at that moment it dawn on me that I needed a companion and then the need for sex in an acceptable cover of marriage was equally there so the next available holiday I had I went to propose to my baby in her school, though am 31 now I av set the marriage date for may next year. its not by age though but a guy of 28 should start thinking seriously of marriage. This is my own way of knowing that am ready. most people might be different, but as a man when the time comes you will know, no one might push you to marry you will just know that its time to settle down when you are comfortable financially with a steady stream of income and a decent accommodation you are good to go |

come and complete your story oh |
I feel your pain madam. pls for the love of yourself please look for a new role model. your case is like a gal forcing her self on a guy who doesn't like her and needs to move on to another man that would love her and value her attention. leave that woman who is not worthy of the name role model to you. my opinion. |
The question I keep asking my self is how did this woman acquire all this properties what was her source of money, and this are the ones we are aware of, I was even told she has a small Estate in Kyami district Abuja close to to GEJ's massive farm land, na God save Npape people by now she would have demolished that place and acquire the land for herself. na was oh. |
Congratulation Mr. adesina. The man tall and fresh i see am for airport one day like that. humble guy |
