There is no way you can import and install except the client has accepted delivery period of btw 14-21days from you.
Maybe you buy locally this time while you consider importing it next time and pls ensure you inform your clients ab initio, some do accept it because they know it will be cheaper than buying it locally.
There are many manufacturers in China but most of them will want quantities orders and delivery time is always btw 5-7days. We have bought from from many like kingcctv, bytcctv, sectec and many others.
Don't ever think of shipping it by dhl except you are buying samples. Better use third party delivery companies, forget the bad reviews you are seeing, no one is 100% perfect, we keep on learning and improving everyday.
Best and fastest is relative.
