Oood morning all. In quest to nail mbc yesterday i stumbled on scrambled channels like TVC, Channels, Core, Wazobia but no mbc, please what satelite do we have all this?

it could be nigacomsat, because it has those channels too . If I want to do nigacomsat, I first track Dstv because it seems to be the simplest to track and one easily see already installed dish around as a guide, after getting Dstv, lower down your dish, you will get nigacomsat, then adjust the dish to increase your signal . As at my last search, most of the interesting channels are no more showing but all mbc channel that is there are still working.

I have 1.8m dish and strong 4955 , which sat can I use it to track to enjoy live football match .

I GREET EVERYBODY IN THIS FORUM , please i want to know if AMOS 5 is still working i try to blindscan it this morning but i could not get any channel and have tried to check from previous post and i only saw a place where some said amos 5 satelite has collapse . Please i want to know more about it .

thank you, from what i saw on their web site ,it seem mytv has left intelsat 20 because that satelite is not listed again . anyway is good hope those churches sharing that satelite with them will move along my only worry is the OTA

what is the purpose of mytv on Amos 5 , my decoder nearly upgraded this evening , i have to stop it before it overwrite the current software[color=#990000][/color]

have been seen deffrent post on how to download and upgrade decoder but because i dont have laptop then i pay little or no concern about it but now that i have acquired a laptop i wish to learn about how to download and upgrade decoder because some decoder to upgrade before i use to take it to ALABA MARKET for upgrading. so i will be happy if i can get this assistance because i dont want to do it on my own and at the end of the damaged the decoder, thanks.

Pls i want to know if this connection is wright , i saw it somewhere , a single lnbf was used to feed two decoder i.e the lnbf was feeding a dstv decoder and a cable was join to it to feed another strong decoder through disceq switch but have disconnect it . What i want to know is that is it proper that way before i replace it with twin lnbf

@ all , my str 4669z went through OTA download second time this week , to my surprise the option sub menu in the installation menu was restored

For those ask for how their box can be upgraded through OTA ,pls note that if you don't have any dish facing my tv direction (68.5 E) . It will not be possible , so you have to take your to anybody around you that has mytv among his setup . For those that has mytv as part of their setup , just blindscan your decoder , at end of it you will see new software on your screen , then off your box and on it again , your decoder will sure be upgraded . Also it not the upgrading that increase signal quality on daarsat . Daarsat is currently upgrading their satellite to improve their service

Finally strong as release the software to deal wt problem that some non hd decoder are facing on infinity and consat package , my box went through OTA download when i connect it to mytv signal today and after the upgrading my 4669z can now pick free stations on infinity tv i.e 9ja tv . For now my consat tp is red and i cannt confirm if that one will open too . My question is that is consat tp red everywhere ? . If anyone is receiving it for now let me know , i have 71% signal quality on infinity . Happy Sunday to you all

Jay 1: I didn't say d singnal is not there, full singnal is there and I put it manually but is not scanning either manually or automatically.

what i did in my own case is that i choose another another satellite that is empty and i input the new mytv tp and i blindscan , it search both the fta and the mytv channel though all scrambled except mytv promo .

kd10: yes i have explain it above ok.go to ur Multitv Dish if ur signal is 85 & above slightly push up,ur signal will reduce leave at 65 then blind scan there you are Badr 5 28e ten channels but we hope more will fall in to make it more interesting to track in future.Cheers

i saw the message been displayed on my tv promo channel , i try to do the same on my str 4669z , but while i was trying to insert the said frequency and symbol rate with the polarity , my box said same tp exist , i scroll through the frequency list but i couldnt find it . Then i decide to run auto scann yet the channel didnt pop up as the earlier channel were red . Mean while i did auto scann instead of blind search to save time . After all this i choose a empty satellite , and i insert the given tp , it bring out green and i run manual scan and all mytv channel pop up
