Even if Yar'adua builds houses for all, which is silly really, people will start breeding faster and in a few years the houses will no longer be enough.  It's not sustainable.  That's the same problem we have with NEPA.  One entity, no matter how powerful, just can't solve the problem.  Also, I don't think we have a housing problem in Nigeria.
