Something discreditable abi? With what? No be PROOF? Or how do you classify something as discreditable... There must be a law against it and you tender proof to nail it.

Like I said, give me PROOFs not dictionary meanings. I don't understand Nigerians sha...why is my point so hard to understand. You conduct SM trial and go haywire on something the BBC aired and it turns out the content don't correlate with the title.
Lemme ask again for the last time, was marks for sex offered to registered students or not? If not, then the video should have been titled 'inappropriate office behaviour among lecturers in universities'
I can see you still going about making silly arguments on the thread. This is not a case of opinion, you are a threat to society. Get help fast.

Be logical bro...

That's one thing I have against most Nigerian youths, they seem to have lost the capacity to critically look at a case and analyse it logically not spewing emotions everywhere like a wailing banshee.

Based on the evidence shown, did they actually sleep with those students or give them marks for sex? They propositioned the students inappropriately, so its gross misconduct from them, not the other issues BBC raised as headlines.
What would have been a better case is if the undercover reporters are actually registered students and they slept or made the lecturers admit that they will give them marks for sexual favours...the clincher would have been if a video evidence of such admissions were to be aired by BBC....

What y'all reacting to are gross misconduct or inappropriate behaviour from the lecturers and by this huge blunder from BBC,the real student slayers would go aground, restrategize and come back stronger to torment the victims.

A snake and a lion are different animals but you kill them the exact same way...NEVER LEAVE EITHER BREATHING. SO LONG THEY STILL BREATHE, YOU ARE NEVER SAFE.
Your ability to string English words together is clearly not a mark of intelligence. So the undercover reporter should have actually slept with the lecturer so you can be sure? Nigeria is doomed.

I slightly agree, he has some value in keeping the other parties on their toes. If we take out all the drama, the things he advocates for have far-reaching potentials. He serves some entertainment purposes too.

PhonesRe: My OnePlus 7 Pro Just Arrived! Got Questions?! (Inc Unboxing, Hands-On & Review) by seunajia:
I got my phone last night. It is slick! I have not really dug into it, been busy, so these are my first impressions.

For some reason, a lot of people wanted to see the pop-up camera first. I thought the 90hz display and the ability to keep so many apps in memory smashed it. The screen isn't as curved as I initially thought it'd be, so that's a good one. With the screen size, one hand control is needed. I wish the phone were a wee bit smaller in fact. I love the gesture controls, I never got to see it on the 1+5. The screen on time is good for such a super device, but it can be better.

There's an update available, OxygenOS 9.5.7. It promises to fix feedback with the triple camera setup, ambient display and touch sensitivity. OnePlus is just great!

Alot of times before i get a new phone, I'll see comments about something that's wrong but never see it when i get it. However, the first thing i did was install the latest software update. So maybe that's fixed already. Maybe. However, I've seen nothing as such.
I knowww. I had two solid years with the 1+5, so I know even if there are bugs, they'd get fixed pretty quickly.

Stanley08:
Good going bud! Did it arrive yet? I'd like to know what you think of the device.

I do have both the Bullets Type C and Bullets 3.5mm versions. The bullets are one of the best, if not the best earphones I've tried. At least in terms of overall loudness/clarity. Sound can be a tad more robust i think. But compared to the AKGs that come with the S10+, Bullets for me.
Not yet. It should arrive before Monday. I have been reading not quite comforting news about ghost touches, etc on the forum. I trust all of these will be fixed in future updates.

The 3.5mm bullets and the type C converter were out of stock when I ordered. Although I only intend to use the type C bullets as handsfree, as the audio quality on my Sony WH1000XM2 has never let me down.

Nice! I got a mirror grey Pro with 8 GB RAM, 256 GB storage and a workout bundle from the US. I had to more so because I lost my 1+5 in traffic. It arrives this week(end). Can't wait.

You have asked for one thing, so I'll say lashes. If you had asked for more, I'd have said (in descending order of dislike):

1. Lashes
2. Weave on, wig, any hair that is not her own. I'd pick a bald lady over a weave on wearing one any day
3. Excessive make up
4. Fake nails, I prefer painted nails instead
5. Skin-revealing outfits, this is only meant for eye-candies

Stay true babes.

BusinessRe: CBN Reintroduces Cashless Policy by seunajia: 6:33pm On Mar 28, 2017
This is a great development. It means:

1. Less people in banking halls. Heralding branchless banking.
2. Huge savings on the part of government in printing naira notes.
3. More innovative ideas towards the development of payment applications. And of course job opportunities for developers in payment.
4. Removes the security risk associated with cash.
5. The government control.

FYI, the charges do not apply to online transfer/Internet banking...why should I want withdraw and pay into another account when I can very well do a transfer.

mavinc4u:
From the write up, it was not stated that they used it to verify balance, it was only used to verify pin. I am not disputing if it can be traced or not. I know as long as card was inserted, there should be record depending on POS used or bank but some banks only keep record if you have chosen any option to transact on that was why they probably told her that it cannot be traced.
Saying all transactions in Nigeria can be traced is wrong because not even all transactions in the world can be traced, if professionals handle some transactions then they will delete all traces that you can't even make a move in tracing anything.
What does the bold even mean? As for the rest, too many Hollywood movies, eh? To do that in Nigeria today, you need to clean that record off the device, NIBSS, Switch, issuing bank, acquiring bank, processor and sometimes PTSP. How much is worth the trouble of hacking all these systems?

You are actually the one that is blind or probably you are running very low on IQ. Didn't you read the poster's message before reading the lady's tweet? Ode, money can also be transferred using ATM cards.
Be warned, choose your words wisely next time.
You should clean your mouth and please don't revel in ignorance.

Either way, balance inquiry, if that's what they use the pos for, can be traced by the bank just like a purchase, transfer, etc. A request from a pos is logged by every system in the chain, including the cardholder's bank.

Unlikely scenarios:
"rogue" pos, unconnected to the central system/nibss.
Offline pin verification only, transaction was cancelled before it went online.

All transactions in Nigeria are EASILY traceable.

Dear Seun,

Please assist us to post this

We have observed over time the illegal continuous blinkering activities in Curve Area of Obeama Town in Oyigbo LGA Rivers State. There is an illegal refinery along the pipe line area at the back of Army Camp in Obeama town in Oyigbo where they continue to be cooking crude oil between 12am and 5am in the morning. Seun, Since January, we have not been able to sleep at night because of the hazardous nature of the contaminated air that we inhales. When we cough we cough out black substances in our catarrh. Our lungs and respiratory tracks have been painful. We are spending money at the Pharmacies and hospital. Our people are dying day by day. Our house floors and seats are coated with black substance. We are tired of this. We are using this medium to call on the Rivers State Government and the Federal Government and security operatives to intervene to save our lives.

We know that Governor Wike is not aware of this but we are using this medium to reach him to help and put an end to this.

Thank you
Wow. Please start a new thread. Also remove your name. Those evil people can trace you if you actually used a real name!

The message of the protesters is unislamic. There's no part of the Quran that forbids Muslims from following common law or encourages us to impose sharia on anyone.

These are bad eggs. It's unfortunate. UK gov should deal with them if they break the law.
