I can related with the last one. Sometimes I pick and a meeting and look forward to it but as the day draws closer, I panick and sometimes cut it off.

I avoid social gatherings to avoid talking to people and even look myself indoor some days(occasionally stepping out to do some necessary stuffs) to avoid my family members.

There are days when I cry alone when I feel hurt or remember some of my friend who have passed away then come out and smile like everything is fine.... I don't share my problems with anyone. My parents sometimes encourage me to leave the room and talk with them which is very hard for me.

So it's more like I like my privacy, not necessarily an introvert

Try a different browser. Once complained of same. I decent one I found out by someone here after I complained of same data usage, is "via browser". Its quite reasonable. Ucbrowser sef no dey help. Use chrome only when necessary... Maybe when you need to request for desktop site while filling online forms
Instagram and WhatsApp suck mb more than you can imagine
Also disable Internet access for apps you don't use... Launcher, music player, enable ads blocker on your browser, use go YouTube if you must use YouTube (I personally use the lowest quality, unless I need to get a clearer view of the video)
Also leave the phone on 3g only. Use 4g only when fast and stable Internet is needed

I'm using GLO and 3g doesn't work at all even the 4g is just manageable.
