So whether you develop in php or I develop in qbasic the underlying thing is that given a problem we should be able to solve it irrespective of the language we speak.

(Note: the range is generic)

The question looks simple....

Range cant be generic. Although you can find lower order prime numbers, computing high order prime numbers in the million,billion range requires a lot of computing power. So narrow down your range bros.
