dhtml18: I have checked you out on playstore, and you tried sha. But let me not show you my own playstore thing so that I wont make you cry. Like i said talk is cheap. Even for me that troll in so many languages, that I cannot even say I am android expert, my playstore is still much much better and professional than yours - so cry about it.
@seunthomas, I am sorry i am fighting on your thread. I think i killed this guy before, not sure, but he refused to die, so i have to kill him again. Dude you cant kill me. I am and will always be YOUR FATHER and BOSS. Accept it and get a life. |

airsaylongcon: You would normally fire a salvo within 2-4 minutes after I have posted. This is 8mins after and no response from you. Continue googling. You will end up learning a bit about WMS. That should help expand your portfolio
*modified* It's 1:44am as I type this modified post. Your last seen was at 1:39am, 7mins after I made this original post and 15mins after I sent you on errand. Did you get lost? Lol I got uninterested because you are trying to prove a point i dont get. |

It is used to ensure that the oldest batch of a product is shipped out prior to a more recent batch. I am done responding to you. You dont even know what you claim you work with. What warehousing solution do you use? cause am sure its called first expired. By the way its actually an algorithm that indicates the order in which a job is done |

Here in London, the max that I know of is £100k pounds.. Any programmer that earns that much is definately going to be senior management. |

Wave picks, man-to-product vs product-to-man or even stacking pattern are all strange words to you. So also will financial module or purchase requisition will sound like Chinese to your small mind so what is first expired first out used for? You assume too much dude and you know very little. Fulaman198: Na wa for this thread o, big wa.
In any case, I thought I would drop my 2 kobo for this thread. Basically, from what I have seen, it's never right/proper for one to describe themselves as a "Master Coder, Master Dev, Dev Guru, Dev 3lit3, Advanced Programmer, etc. etc."
The reason I say so is because when coding, there are always far more things to learn or grasp. The way code is written, it can always be written in a better and easier way for others to understand.
I for instance consider myself as a Novice to Intermediate Programmer. It's a constant learning experience. Programming/Coding is problem-solving for the most part. I don't think it's ever good to be elite or brag about oneself as an elite in programming. I think it's good to be modest and learn something new and realise how incredible and important the skill you have is to code/programme.
In any case, I wish everyone the best. I know NL can do better. I have seen many good Nigerian programmers and I think we can all do better to assist one another and compliment and critique one another in a positive (albeit non-childish) manner. I hope that we are all adults here.
Best regards to all. Well said. |

airsaylongcon: Hahaha! Obviously you cannot tell a personal project from a work project. Who does major work with a raspberry Pi? I have hacked together a manually controlled toy robotic arm to a raspberry so the raspberry can control the arm. Add a camera for computer vision then Prolog to ADD AI so the contraption can learn as an intelligent agent.
My day job involves project managing a warehouse management system and an ERP. Automate certain parts of the operation on both. Joke is on you You are a BIG LIAR. Please stop it...... Do you even have a clue what a warehouse or erp is?? |

webdevgod: How much do Web Developers in Nigeria get paid per annum?
I was told 100k naira is the max, but in pounds thats £360.
An apprentice in london gets paid that much per week... [color=#FFFF00] LOL very funny. My last salary at 2010 was twice that figure and i know a lot of people who earn more than that right now. It all depends on skillsets. Good things is programmers are now paid at per with some countries around the world. No programmer earns 100k per annum, the least you can get for programmers this days would be 480-500k per annum and a lot of people earn over 2m per annum this days. |

And you might not know it, after all your earlier criticisms of dhtmlsql, the usage has actually increased drastically and many developers have been thanking me in the background for sharing it with them. And take it or leave it, all these your arguments here will even increase my popularity more and more.
@fans, in case you have not registered, please take this opportunity to register on www.Nairaland.com (you see, i am even using your thread to draw attention to my site). My point is you need to believe sometimes even without seeing. Dont be a thomas. Programming and coding itself is the highest form of faith. You write code and it can change the world. |

But even till now, you have not still showed us any of your almighty works? Your fans will be disappointed o? Bro my work is everywhere ohh. I am sure something i did might even have been used in NL. I suggested some changes in some languages although by my other aliases. LOL. Am not trying to drag you down, its just you are too proud. If you follow my line of thought you will understand am not contending with you, am very sure am a better programmer and very much more experienced. The point i stand for is making people better really not destroying them. I stand to gain nothing on destroying(except the laffs-laffs wickedly....). Well in the real sense i like what you want to do, which is create an open source environment in Nigeria. I support and will support it. And please stop asking me to show you my work. I am CTO in a company doing something your probably could not even imagine(high tech stuff). For that reason i cant show you any work because i will be selling my company for free na. |

Programming › Re: The Greatest Programmer On Nairaland by seunthomas(op): 12:05am On Feb 25, 2016 |
Here we go again. Firstly, the project called dhtmlsql is like 95% similar to an open source project. I can pull out that project for you bros. zebra database is far more stable than your thiefing.. I can vouch for it cause there are ways we can see bugs(using the right set of tools). In summary you still insist on maintaining your stand that you did not steal code and rename it(This in essence very shameful and anti open source). I will go ahead and expose you more na...... Except you do the proper thing and apologize as well as go to zebra database and get a copy of their license and place it in your fork. You also commited a major stupidity by changing LGPL 3 to MIT. Thats why they insult naija programmers outside this country. This in many cases is not feasible. I stand to be corrected(you may argue on the bases of php being non binary language). |

guru01: This is a fork of zebra_database but I think the zebra database is way ahead, and also dhtmlsql has little different with the compared project. I understand if he will say its a branch of zebra database. Its actually very like a n- generation fork. This means he copied a project or long list of projects that copied zebra database. omohayek: One thing to keep in mind, amidst all the talk of Github as some sort of proof of programming skills, is that there are many programmers who simply don't have the spare time or the need to engage in such hobby projects. After spending 8 hours or more coding at work, some people simply prefer to do something else with their spare time, especially if they have families.
Anyway, getting back to the main issue, I'm not sure why you need to find a PHP programmer in the first place. Aren't there plenty of free tutorials on the web that you can work through? Besides, there are far better programming languages around than PHP - any one of C#, Java, Python or Ruby would be a decent choice for your first language, and a quick Google search will bring up plenty of free tools and tutorials for these languages. @omohayek Help me tell them ohhh. Abi make i dey put company intellectual property online all because i wan prove say i can code... |
