This sounds vague. Who decides human rights? Can human rights vary according to countries? If LGBTQ is later adopted into human rights, doesn't the signed agreement force the member countries to legalize LGBTQ?

These are questions, not claims. Answer the questions if you can. If you choose to treat the questions as claims, you are obviously delusional and sentimental.

Probably result of feedback. Tinubu is more responsive to good advice than Buhari. Buhari would have behaved as if he was deaf. What Nigeria needs is not a perfect leader but one that is responsive to constructive criticism. While Tinubu is not perfect he is a real democrat and the President Nigeria should have.
