The law says candidates must be registered members of a political party. Proof of membership is taken from the register of members that a party submits to INEC shortly before the election.

The man's name was not in NNPP's register. Who is a registered member of a political party? If I joined few days before an election, what am I?

What do you expect the court to do. Ignore the law?

don’t discredit NIGERIA JUDICIARY for their wrongdoing , the over 160k votes that has no INEC signatures and stamp is that judiciary or the INEC party registration list submitted by NNPP that he’s name was not among is judicial system wrongdoing.

The issue here is membership not primary. The APC is saying Abba was not a member of the nnpp as of the time he contested the election. The pepc dismissed it recently when Obi's membership of LP was raised at the election petition. It's only the party that can say who a member is, not an outsider.
