You don't expect to hit off production immediately without test running all the process. It is quite unfortunate that some so called educated folks can't put into good use their thinking faculties. You should blame the govt first, for not saying the truth and failure to keep to promise.. |

DeLaRue: The appeal court cannot override or ignore the law.
The law says candidates must be registered members of a political party. Proof of membership is taken from the register of members that a party submits to INEC shortly before the election.
The man's name was not in NNPP's register. Who is a registered member of a political party? If I joined few days before an election, what am I?
What do you expect the court to do. Ignore the law? |

Indispensable85: That's just one of the grounds though. The main issue is that of unsigned and unstamped ballot papers. but they did not rely on that, their reason was that of membership. |
Politics › Re: Kano Guber: Governor Yusuf Was Not Qualified To Contest - Appeal Court by sevenhundred(m): 4:24pm On Nov 17, 2023 |
Indispensable85: The issue here is membership not primary. The APC is saying Abba was not a member of the nnpp as of the time he contested the election. The pepc dismissed it recently when Obi's membership of LP was raised at the election petition. It's only the party that can say who a member is, not an outsider. I think they are just preparing an opportunity for NNPP to scale through. |

Taylor90: The rubbish we take from these politicians is just because of different tribes and beliefs FORCED together as one
Imagine a Nigeria where there’s no Igbo mixed with Hausa and Yoruba
Like Arewa country is mainly Northerners and a northern president do nonsense
All Hausas will rally up in one mind and protest like there’s no tomorrow
Same with Igbo and Yorubas as respective countries and their leaders do rubbish
They’ll hit the street in one accord
But Nigeria with three major tribes that don’t work together can’t achieve a single agreement
Yoruba leader will instigate their people against any protest by Igbo or Hausa vice versa and tell them this is a political ploy to dethrone Tinubu
THE ONLY SOLUTION TO NIGERIA IS DISINTEGRATION
EVERY TRIBE HAVE YOUR OWN COUNTRY
you nail it. |

EmekaStanley: This 25% FCT analogy is not really ambiguous as people are making it look. Is English no longer our Lingua Franca?
Supposing my friend Oshimiri has 30 friends and I decide to buy them gifts and I tell him; "Oshimiri, please come to my house with 24 of your friends AND SIMPLE JOE".
What this means is that I will be expecting Oshimiri to come with 25 of his friends, SIMPLE JOE inclusive.
If Oshimiri goes ahead to bring 25 of his friends without Simple Joe that I specifically mentioned. Has he fulfilled the condition or not? NO HE HAS NOT!
Let the judges do what is right.
ES you are wrong because your friends are the same but in this case fct is not a state that is why 'AND FCT' |
