I believe there's something strange about the concept of taking so much water. These so called health experts will keep encouraging you to take so much water.

I'm suspecting this act of taking so much water has affteced me. Even after taking little water in a day, I still urinate an high volume of water, then the frequency has gone ridiculous high.
I have gone to so many hospitals and currently on consultation with a urologist.

Drinking much water is not harmful, it depends on the seasons and the ambient temperature where you stay, like A/C office or under the sun, moderation is key. study your system and adopt.
