Crowd1 trade is a fake organisation run by scammers.

My wife subscribed to their 100,000 package 6 days ago and she is yet to see any payment. The administrators even refused to refund her capital.

I think we need to get a few things straight, revamping government factories, building refineries, and constructing roads bridges etc. is the duty of the government, not the church. The government collects between 10% and 24% of your monthly income to maintain or build these facilities. If they are not adequate, then the responsible tier of government should be blamed.
the church, on the other hand, is an association of persons that can decide to use their donations as they deem fit. They may choose to assist the government - as the church in this post has done - or buy a space ship for their pastor, it is their money and their business. I honestly think the church needs to be praised for bailing out a failing government and not criticised for not taking over all government projects.

This is one area the government needs to focus on. Our hospitals are understaffed, underfunded and not properly equipped. Health sector workers need to be paid a living wage or they will relocate to countries that appreciate their skills. All the doctors I know - including those in my primary healthcare centre - have either relocated or are in the process of relocating.

Very soon, the only health care workers that will remain in Nigeria will be those that are unable to work elsewhere.

Just so you know, closure of the land borders affects both imports and exports. I have been personally affected as I have equipment that needs to go to Tema, which would have taken only 4 days prior to the border closure. Now I have been waiting for more than a month to get a ship that goes directly to Tema or Takoradi ports. One thing a lot of you don't know is that you will rarely find ships that run the west African coast because it is easier to just truck the goods or equipment to the destination.
Buhari should have conducted an economic impact assessment to know the negative impact of the closure.

We are dealing with someone(s) very intelligent and calculated, someone who is patient and take his time to sweep his victims of their feet, calm ,cool and they don’t have anything really out of balance to scare you or give you a warning signal , they know what they are doing , I initially thought stuff like this can only happen in low and sub standard hotels and after taking a look at the hotel involved I believe this is not the case, my guess is this the killer does not book the rooms himself but rather would prefer his victims do that for him in this way he can come into the hotel and find the room and do what he wants and go out ,surely if he is going to book , people might recognize the face or even get him to write one or two details down but that isn’t happening .
The killer (s) knows where and which hotel to go , he is not just doing random check in and out , he may go online and check out the hotel or even call and ask enquiries on ground before bringing connecting the hotel to his victims who then go and check in to wait for him which he comes in at night too (less attention is drawn to him by coming late in the night which he prefers to use)
Killer(s) know the kind of victim he wants ,possibly communications are established within a week prior to their meeting , my guess he does majority of his communication through online and avoids any possible physical contact with the victim till he is ready for them.
Our killer (s) should be in his late twenties or early thirties, serial killers are not what you expect like they are ugly or black or have big heads lol no they are like every other average person you see everyday, you might be surprised he is a married person with family ,friends and a good job when caught which I know he will (the more confident he gets at what he does the less conscious he becomes ; all serial killers usually go this path) .

SO WHAT COULD WE BE DELAING WITH IF WE HAVE MULTIPLE KILLERS?

In the USA , the investigations starts heavily on the victims and that’s what I would suggest they do (I.e the police ) since the use of DNA tech. is not available here ,data forensics should be used in regards to the victims means of communication , if we have a case where the killer takes away her phone and all that only suggest the killer has information there ,so what do you do as soon as you can identify the victim with the family , retrieve the line and get a sim backup , whatsap has back ups which automatically load upon and I am pretty sure a request for conversations (back up ) on social media channels ( facebook I can recall have a log of your conversation which upon request you can get ) could help expose the digital foot prints of the person , the network providers can also help the police by providing call logs of the victim , eye withness in the case of MURDER FOUR seem to have gotten an idea or could have possibly seen the killer with her friend, a visual description could help too.

I support tolling the move by the Governors, my only condition is that the roads must be fully repaired before tolls are introduced. Part of the proceeds from the tolls can be used to pay for the construction of accident and emergency centres as well as other services along that stretch.

We all need to understand that Nigeria has massive infrastructure deficit and government may need to borrow or go into partnership with private firms in other to brigde the gap. When properly utilised, tolls, taxes, and levies can help to cushion the effect of government borrowing.

What we ought to be saying here is that, government just need to provide more infrastructure and employment to push up the livelihood of all Nigerians by providing more employment opportunities and equally overseeing to the ridiculously low wages paid to workers by regulating and advocating the fair labour treatment by increasing the minimum wages in both private and public sector.
Even in USA, employment opportunity are getting shrinker and shrinker every day because of the evolution of Artificial intelligence and robotic assistant in major industries. Countless of homeless and jobless people over there. Not all greener pastures are green. Some are rotten.

My monthly submission was based on a 40-hour workweek so I still stand by it. That aside, I agree infrastructure needs to be greatly improved, especially power and roads. The cost structure or model that resulted in the figures you are quoting has to factor in the cost of labour and services that the said electricity and telecoms company procure in order to function properly. I think the minimum wage in Indiana is $7 per hour, that is, NGN 2,500 per hour (NGN 20,160 per 8-hour workday and NGN 403,200 per month). The federal minimum wage in Nigeria, even with the recent increase is NGN 30,000 per month. Did you consider this in your analysis?

Electricity cost in china and India is 8 cents (NGN 29.2 per Kwh), Argentina is 1 cent per kwh (NGN 3.65per kwh) these are countries with comparable minimum wages.... Apples to apples man
