Different fone with different prob, after Infinix Zero broke my heart with poor battery and hotness, i got a Doogee 310 cheaper than this innjoo over a month now i have no issue what so ever. Welcome to my dilemma. It happened like this with two of my accounts. One there was a short fall of N11k+ and the other N3k+. I had to write them (via cardservices@gtbank.com) and complain seriously. Eventually they reverted the N11k+ but the N3k+ is still hanging.

That's exactly what I typed, and my result was 177 or appr. 178. Now, guess what? My total transaction was N121k+, according to GTB's alerts that I received. I had N130k in the account, just for the transaction total of $672. When I logged into my online bank, I saw N9,066 balance, which meant I was charged 121k+ total. So, last night, I went to the ATM to cash the 9k left, and lo and behold, I couldn't. I entered 8k, thinking they had charged me SMS fees and Other banks withdrawal charges for November. Still no show. Then, I checked my balance. I almost cried. I had N3,800+ left, and could only cash 3k. It's like GTBank went and re-calculated my transaction, to charge me N188.something to a dollar. I definitely wasn't sleeping or dreaming, when I saw the initial 9k balance.
Why would a bank do that?? This GTBank is a REAL JI-BI-TI bank.
For now, I think it's best to stay away from GTBank, if you don't want to develop high BP.

Where did you see that? I simply typed dollars to naira exchange on Google yesterday and followed the Nigerian forex update for yesterday. I saw 177.something

Personally, I'm not against what others buy or scrutinize before buying. I'm just not so down with people expecting too much from a cheap phone as they would a premium phone. If the cheap phone has all the things a premium phone has who would want to go premium. That's the basis for my rant. Feel me?
The fact is, if you want to enjoy premium gaming on the go, a PSP or some other gaming device is still your best bet. Lots of free games online too. It's d internet age now. And since they're built for games, they have good batteries, you can always play for hours, even better now that there are powerbanks.
If you want to take premium pictures and shoot excellent videos, a digital camera is still your best deal, not a phone. Digicams are cheaper these days, and the megapixels and details are realer than you can ever get on any premium phone-phone megapixels are usually interpolated . Marketing gimmicks.
For movies and music, iPod touch and media players plenty nah.
A smartphone's major function is enhanced communication (calls, texts, IM) and internet, and so, it should be benchmarked on how well or bad it does those 2.
What's my point? This is a cheap but well-built smartphone. From what I've read about it from users here it's a great phone, for its price.
To @Larenzy, what am I trying to say? Don't get your hopes too high. Yout definition of 'game lag' may be different from others'. But, DON'T EXPECT TOO MUCH of a 17k phone. Just use your shuursh or mosque mind buy am, if the specs are good enough for the price, to you.
If Iphone 6, BB Passport and Porsche design, Galaxy S4/S5, LG G3, HTC One M8 and other premium phones can disappoint (and are still disappointing) their fanatic customers, who be Tecno? Lol.
Btw, I use a Doogee DG-310 Voyager 2, also under 17k, and I'm loving it.

I just don't get it why people want to play '3D' games on their phone, watch movies and play music, and chat and browse non-stop, and still complain about battery not lasting more than 2 hours??
