I have no idea. Not sure there is a 'set in stone' way of knowing. It's a certain risk no matter how well you know this "the one".

However, you can decrease the risk, but doing due diligence:

1. Make a list of what's important to you.
2. Make a list of deal breakers and non-negotiables (this should be moral/ethical and some character/personality traits mainly)
3. List what you are willing to compromise or overlook (this should be physical traits mainly).
4. Make a list of how you are going to observe for these, what time period before you check it off the list.
5. PRAY.

These are for big mistakes. The other mistake people consider huge is huge amounts of debt. I’m on the fence about this being a huge mistake because it’s so manageable. Plus we don’t have debtor’s prison, so it’s still not as bad as jail.

Mrs. Kemi Adeosun, the Minister of Finance, says the ministry has succeeded in reducing the Federal Government’s monthly wage bill from N165bn to N142bn by eliminating 33,000 ghost workers.

Adeosun, represented by the Head of the Efficiency Unit at the Ministry, Mrs. Patience Oniha, at the 2016 Fiscal Liquidity Assessment Committee Retreat, said the ministry had discovered that it could also save money by reviewing government’s procurement processes.

She said that through the Efficiency Unit, the ministry had succeeded in negotiating huge discounts for government officials travelling on local and international flights for official assignments.

Adeosun said that the ministry had also been able to save cost by banning sitting allowances, souvenirs at government’s functions and unnecessary adverts which had contributed to the high recurrent expenditure in government.

Analysing the level of corruption in Nigeria, Mr Babajide Ogunsanwo on Friday said that a number of factors have contributed to the extension of the anti-corruption war to the judiciary in Nigeria, identifying their remuneration as one of them.

Speaking on Channels Television, he said that the salary of the Chief Justice of Nigeria was poor when compared to that of the United States.

“The Chief Justice of the United States, Justice John Robert, has an annual salary of $255,000. With the salary, he can buy a decent home in Washington, perhaps somewhere in north-east street.

“Even if he wants to save his annual salary to buy this home of about 1.2 million dollars, he needs to save his salary for just five years.

“It is going to be easy because he will likely get a mortgage.
“In Nigeria the annual basic salary of the Chief Justice of Nigeria is just 3.3 million Naira, plus all allowances, 6.7 million Naira"

The ailing veteran Nollywood actor of Village Headmaster fame, Tunde Alabi, who has been laying critically ill, over complications from diabetes at the Lagos General Hospital has had one of his legs amputated.
The surgery to save the Thespian from further complication by amputating one of his leg took place yesterday, Monday, October 24, 2016. There were several efforts to checkmate the amputation surgery but all failed as they seemed to have come rather too late.
According to the veteran actor’s colleague, Paul Julius, who is the person solely taking care of him, the actor has no home to go back to after the surgery.
“ As I speak with you, the amputated leg has just been taken to the mortuary. But that is not our major concern right now but where he will return to as his home. Right now, he has no family, no friend that can take him in. He is homeless,” he said.

“ Our effort to reach the governor of Lagos State, his home tate, has only proven partially successful as nothing definitive has come off it. The governor knows Uncle Tunde and will be willing to help but bottlenecks of bureaucracy has not helped matters” he added.
Tunde Alabi has been on the acting scene since the glorious days of television drama in Nigeria and he’s today one of the last of that octopus called The Village Headmaster, a television drama that was the in-thing in its days on National Television.

His role in the now rested soap opera ‘PALACE’ produced by Ralph Nwadike was one that viewers will not forget in haste. This thorough-breed professional of the old order who is equally at home with the youngsters of today, impacting knowledge and valuable experience into them whenever he has the opportunity is in dire need of help.
