I use this guys lithium power bank and inverter setup as a backup and its been quite reliable so far. Please I think its important that you give further details as this are weighty allegations. I was personally about to reach out to make a much larger power bank but now you're scaring me not to. I have a few questions
1. What burnet, the inverter or the batteries. if its the inverter, sachet inverter are known to be of a low quality and you need to use them carefully. I assume that you must have heard those warnings before no. My first sachet inverter (bought on Jumia) also burned because the light being supplied by NEPA was slightly overvoltage.
2. If it was the power bank itself that caught on fire, please can you ask your friend to share pictures and what not. Lithium fires are not a joke o and can burn down a whole house if not careful but they very very rarely happen so please by all means share more information as to how the fire happened if it was the lithium battery. if not for anything, it could be a learning experience for op and what not.

However, this post that you made is not it at all and unfair to OP without further clarification.

without precision, smartness, passion, brainwork, adept knowledge and carefully inculcating good SAFETY MEASURES when building a battery it can never be achieved. Note: I highlighted safety measure, it's super important when building any battery cos lithium ion does not forgive any bad connection or any bad battery building practice. Usage of good quality BMS can never be over emphasised. I either use good quality materials when building a battery or not even build at all. I recently worked on some tesla battery modules, the way the cells were super protected was astonishing.

Please have you had any issues since you bought it?
- The sellers monikers are very old
- I followed his content and people comments as far as 2022
- Nobody have no complaints again him (I might have, still observing)
- He gave me a number of a person in my area that he delivered to and it checked out

Making first contact might be a little too direct, I would suggest you just look out for his name on writing adverts or search for him on Freelancerdotcom. I believe there is a way you can search for members using their usernames.
I have not visited the website for a long time now, so I cant remember how but I am sure it is there.
